The Apple laptop that I ordered was deemed defective by Walmart-the platform I ordered from. Formidable insisted that I just didn't want it-totally opposite of the the truth. I was very excited to get the laptop.
I had to send the laptop back at my own postal cost-very unimpressive!
My refund was $$44.03 short of what I was charged on my Walmart Mastercard.
I would never deal with this company again!!!

Beware of this seller! I ordered a purple item but received a black one. The listing claimed GRADE A ‘like new,’ but there are two visible scratches on the screen. When I requested a refund, they insisted I return it at my own expense and refused to provide a prepaid label. Their response was dismissive, essentially saying, ‘If you don’t like it, pay and send it back.’ Poor customer service overall. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money by shopping elsewhere.
