Welcome to FORT Casuals online. We are a family run business with a store based in Ripley, Derbyshire. Instore we offer an exceptional shopping experience where you can have a beer (on us!), play our classic arcade machine aswell as enjoy the full Sky Sports package (on our 55"TV). All in the indoor beer garden...yes, we have an indoor beer garden! Those that can't get to our store can still buy old skool brands such as Fila, Sergio Tacchini, Ellesse and Lois aswell as modern classics such as Weekend Offender and Luke 1977 right here...happy shopping!

Hi Karen, sorry to hear you're not happy with your experience. We are a family run business and have to process everything manually through the website and on the shop floors. Occasionally items are out of stock, especially in our 70% sale which are exceptionally busy times. If an item is out of stock we refund asap to ensure you receive your money back in a timely manner. The system automatically sends an email to confirm a refund was processed. The 190 5star reviews suggest that we don't run a terrible business but as with all websites the occasional oversight can occur. This is in our terms and conditions. Thanks for your comments, we will take them on board.

Hi Daryl, our apologies the rubbish top YOU ordered was out of stock. We are a small family run business that handle all of the stock levels manually so yes from time to time we do make errors. We try our hardest to ensure our customers have a great experience and feel terrible when this sort of thing happens. It is more common when ordering 50% off clearance sale items unfortunately. We do state clearly in our ts & cs that these things can happen. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for the feedback.
