Suzan told me she she wil sell me a ring from Cartier and took it to the cartier store first for authentification because I asked for the certificate to purshashe it ... it was in September we are now in December and no news from her. I texted her no answer. Then I decided to call someone super impolite picked up the phone and was eating at the same time asked what I wanted and I said I want to speak to phone and was eating at the same time asked what I wanted and I said I want to speak to Suzan this person than hanged up and we started to text back and forth non sense. Then Suzan called me and told me the ring was returned to the buyer because blabala she tried to find any excuses possible but I believe it was rejected by cartier anyways Suzan could have call me to let me know because I really wanted this ring and we made arrangements since September . I saw the same ring on a great website same price same size but I didn’t bought it because I have her my words to buy it from her!! I'm actually glad I never did because they are not reliable . As a courtesy, we did our best to provide information at your request. However, once the consignor retrieved the item, it was no longer accessible for sale.
We understand this was disappointing, especially since you were interested in the piece, and we explained the situation as soon as the item was no longer available.
