Wish i had read the reviews before using this site same problem as everyone else no bother depositing but literally have to jump through a dozen hoops and still no payout tried to close my account and still having to jump through hoops as after 3 emails telling them to close my account it is still available

This is possibly the worst online casino I have used.

I have used several similar sites and this is the worst by far. They have strung out the approval process for over a week. Continuously requesting additional information. The customer service people are pretty much robots, cant resolve anything and just give you the same generic response.

Money has been tied up for almost 10 days now. Submitted multiple documents. They keep moving the goal post and criteria on what is required.

I am still sceptical on if I will ever get the money out or if this is just a massive scam.

Use other sites like Katanaspin..they pay our quickly and no issues.

Scam site i deposit over 2k won my money back did everything they asked and nothing I went back on this morning to check they have now closed my account not on gamstop says everything please don't be fooled like I was

Dreadful experience of trying to take any winnings you have to jump through so many hoops just to get some of your money back . They do it so you get frustrated and keep gambling. Easy to put money in but horrendous to withdraw

Had only 1 bad experience with fortunica and was sorted out within a couple of days .I have played on this site quite often and 9 out of 10 have won with payment within a couple of days do recommend. Friendly customer service when asking questions

I also played Amazon slots wish I hadn't bothered they paid out ok 1st time around however when I won £360 the next time. Scam site my wife is over 60 and she deposited £20,done all she was told,sent all Identity,when she went to withdraw her money,£200 they closed her account,sites like this should be shut down

Have deposited $100 that was never credited to the account, its been 7 days and it still hasnt been credited to casino account nor has it been returned to my bank account. Complete scam, 24/7 live chat and support is a complete lie. The payment itself has a reference code so they would be able to see that the payment has been received and they are completely ignoring it.
Received an email to send them pdf format of transactions 2 days before and 2 days after and they still havent done anything about it. Save your money and gamble elsewhere.

account blocked from making a withdrawal. Even tho I'm sat at home in the UK, they accused me of going to Romania whilst playing, some excuse about a VPN..

The simple truth is your a scam, you made winning easy, but then refuse to verify and payout my winnings. You honestly think it's acceptable to offer £10 credit as goodwill. What you doing is clearly a form of theft

liars this is a site that lies a lot 1200€ I made a profit I tried to withdraw them and a spin started some lies I did everything they told me pictures of ID. bank account also then a selfie together with the two today separately then a picture of my profile on the site and so spin and spin. I cancelled the profit and tried to withdraw a small amount and hop I can't because they blocked me from the site not to withdraw. that's why I recommend you stay away from these.
