Good quality but cancellation system is poor
I am dissapointed as I emailed to cancel an initial order within 30 minutes as advised on the website as I wanted to rectify it...I did this with order reference number but did not get a response, therefore I had to purchase it , it was delivered but it is now not of use to me. However I have to say that my second order was lovely. Just be careful if you personalise an order as there is no reliable way to change it after despite cancellation advice on website.

Excellent and efficient service
Excellent and efficient service. The only thing is the packaging is not quite pleasant as a gift. Doesn’t need to a nice gift wrap but at least the box can be more decent. A little bit of disappointing.

Didn't receive my order. They do not respond to messages and do not pick up the phone. I see the other comments here and I am not the first case. I want my money back !!!

Ordered a watch and a bracelet, the watch came and the bracelet didnt. I have tried contacting the company through email, phone call, live chat, every option available and nobody will get back to me. All I want is the item I paid for to be send out to me but its all robots working there, cant get through to a human to help me

Got their Christmas Eve box that is supposed to be able to put presents in. It was tiny, wouldn’t fit anything other than a bag of sweets. So disappointed. They also removed my review from their site. Very overpriced for the size and quality and you can’t return personalised gifts so you are stuck with it. Will

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the size of the Christmas Eve box. The dimensions are clearly listed on the product page to help customers make an informed decision—did you happen to see them before placing your order.
For reference, the dimensions are 16 × 22 × 11 cm, so it should hold a bit more than a bag of sweets. We love how well-made these boxes are and how they’ve been a well received and popular choice for many other families since we introduced them in 2017.
Please note that as the design on the box is bespoke and printed especially for you, if you feel the box is too small, we would recommend checking the dimensions carefully before ordering. As you can imagine, there’s not a lot we can do once the item has been personalised.
Regarding your review, as it is the weekend, it may not have been processed yet, but rest assured, your review will be published shortly if it has not already. We use a third-party review system like Trustpilot to ensure transparency and fairness, and this process may take a little extra time during busy periods.
