The customer service received was above and beyond. The compression stocking 30-40 was just too tight but that was what I ordered because my Dr said to. I should have purchased 20-30. Well made products.

I was pleased with the navigation of the FYL site. I was able to find the brand and style of compression stockings I wanted. The only disappointment was the limited color options available. I wanted Natural, but they only offered Beige or Black. The fit is very comfortable, and the price was comparable to other sites.

After I sent in an unfavorable review, the company contacted me to tell me that everything was under warranty, and I could send them back for replacement. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the items I purchased and threw them away.
I was unhappy with the product, but the company, For Your Legs, has always been very trustworthy and the items I received were good. I tried an unknown product this time, and that’s why I was unhappy. I will continue to purchase items, as I have done in the past, from For Your Legs.

I have been purchasing compression stockings from FOR YOUR LEGS for about 10 years. The service has been excellent from this company, and the Mediven Comfort line stockings are superb, and at a good price. Recently I made an order and before it arrived I realized I had made an error. I contacted FOR YOUR LEGS by email on a Sunday, hoping to change the order, and the same day received a helpful email (yes on a Sunday!). Once arrived, I returned the erroneous order and within one day of mailing from a post office, the company had sent a replacement of the correct size. What coulld have been a frustrating process was handles immediately, smoothly and without a hitch. This is really exceptional customer service all around and I recommend this company to anyone. Website was easy to use. They carried multiple brands of compression stockings. Variety and colors available were good, although I stick with beige or black, it's still nice to see the selection available. Pricing was great. I used a coupon and for the free item I somehow ordered a different size than the others that I purchased. They processed the return and sent me out the correct size quickly. It was an easy process to get my mistake corrected. Over all, a great place to purchase compression stockings. Will continue to do business with them.
