5-Star Experience Every Time!
I’ve been going to Forza Private Clinic for over 5 years now, and I truly can’t recommend it enough! Even though I travel over an hour to get there, it’s absolutely worth it because I’m always so happy with my treatments.
I have very sensitive skin due to psoriasis, and Anna has always taken such great care of me. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also such a lovely person. Every session leaves my skin feeling glowing, clear, and refreshed. She also gives fantastic advice, which has made a real difference in how I care for my skin at home.
The dermaplaning and hydrofacial treatments are an absolute game-changer, and I always look forward to my appointments. It’s those little moments of self-care in my busy life that I truly enjoy.
A special shout-out to Jackie as well, who is always so friendly and bubbly. She goes out of her way to accommodate my schedule, no matter how busy I get. It’s clear they all really care about their clients, and that makes all the difference.
I’m so grateful for this clinic and the wonderful team here.

Treatment does not work. Waste of money
I had my 7 sessions Pico laser for my hyperpigmentation.
The worst experience a scam. Wish i had read the other reviews on this before i spent my money at this place. A waste of money. Very painful no changes.
I was really excited to see a difference in my skin but unfortunately couldnt see anything .
The practicioner kept trying to convince me with each seasion that there were changes seen.
Has my last session yesterday and she was going to compare my before and after pictures which i felt like she was reluctamt to show me as you couldn't see any changes.
1 - bad, 5 - good
Pain 1/5 - very painful
Cost 1/5 - not cheap
Results 1/5 -no obvious results
I did ask if they offered a skin analysis so you could see a difference under the skin for pigmentation. She said they do offer it they usually do that with the consultation, was unsure why this wasn't done before my treatment.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable and relaxed no complaints about the staff. TREATMENT DOES NOT WORK. SPENT OVER £1000 NOT WORTH IT.
Mainly this treatment is best for tattoo removal but wouldnt recommend it for skin pigmentation/hyperpigmentation as I have seen no changes.

We always aim to provide both effective results and a positive experience, so it’s concerning to hear that you feel you haven’t seen any improvement after completing your course. While Pico laser can be an effective treatment for hyperpigmentation, results can vary significantly depending on factors such as skin type, depth of pigmentation, and how the skin responds over time. In many cases, improvements can also continue to develop gradually after the final session.
In terms of your comments about before-and-after images and skin analysis, this is something we take seriously. We would always want you to feel confident and fully informed about your progress, and I’m sorry if this wasn’t your experience.
We do wish this had been raised with us during your treatment course, as it would have given us the opportunity to review your progress sooner and try to rectify the situation for you.
I’m glad to hear that you found the team friendly and welcoming, but I completely understand that this does not make up for the outcome you were hoping for.

ONE YEAR UPDATE
UPDATE: it’s been One year later and I still have visible scarring from the laser administered at this clinic. Very upsetting.
I had booked for a series of 8 sessions of PICO laser to target hyperpigmentation. I have only undergone 3.
The first 2 sessions, there was no change to the areas.
The third session, i was left with blistering on the skin, redness and peeling.
As the areas are healing, there is now a distinct rectangle of darker skin - this is where the laser was administered.
The communication and customer service has been terrible. I have been going back and forth with them with no resolution in sight.
I was ignored for a week and when i called the clinic for an update, the receptionist said and i quote "we arent allowed to talk about it".
They are refusing to give me a refund and want me to travel to London (i do not live in London, i was travelling to the clinic for these treatments) for an in person assessment so that they can advise me on more treatments despite me saying that i am no longer comfortable undergoing anything at this clinic anymore.
I have only had 3 sessions and they are refusing to even refund me the excess money i have paid.
As i paid through direct debit, Forza has said that it is "out of their hands" and cannot give me my money back.
I now have to spend more money at a different clinic to try and amend the damage Forza has done to my body.

Couldn’t be happier with the service
Have been having treatment with Forza clinic for over 3 years.
Was seeing Laura first who has honestly given me so much confidence in going out without makeup and all her advice. I have had a chemical peel and now having regular microneedling. I am now seeing Anna who is absolutely lovely and has put me at ease with the change in esthetician
