Print was good quality but frame was extremely flimsy given the price. You could have pulled it apart with little effort and it looked cheap. It was wrapped well with shrink wrap but then just arrived... Voir plus

I have only recieved half my order
I have only recieved half my order. I have emailed twice and have had no response. Very unhappy customer. I bought from this company and had no issues.

Order arrived damaged which I wasn’t…
Order arrived damaged which I wasn’t annoyed about because these things happen but I have tried to get in contact with them for over 3 weeks and they have completely ignored the issue. Very disappointed and wasted €80 on one damaged canvas.

I ordered a 22 X 16 family portrait, which arrived in a couple of days. It was completely blurred and cannot be used. This is the second one I’ve ordered, the first was perfect. I’ve emailed them twice and haven’t had a response! How a company deals with the errors are a real measure of customer service.
