best store for womens sports hands down! it isnt my first time ordering from foudys and i just love it cos its so simple, i can get both a kit and womens nameset printing at the same store and that just makes life so much easier instead of searching millions of places asking for the womens font just for them to tell you they only have the mens. Their customer service is also just amazing! When i needed my package to arrive by a certain date and i advised them they sent me an email within minutes telling me that they will do their best to get it out to me in time! Overall amazing and the best place for women’s sports related stuff (:

I have ordered ALOT from Foudy's

I have ordered ALOT from Foudy's over the past 18 months and they are always my first go to for anything women sport related. The products are genuine and often have been better prices than the official retailers are offering (free printing & patches saves you a small fortune you know!) I love the collabs Foudy's have partnered with lately and even love the little gimmicky can't buy anywhere else T's that they have released! 9 times out of 10 I have received my order on or before the date they said it would arrive. I appreciate they are a small business and sometimes things happen that are way out of their control. I have always received communication on delayed orders and they have always responded to my emails within the time scales they state. I cannot fault them at all. A brilliant, hardworking team who I will order from again and again. I hope we see a permanent physical store at some point in the future (the pop up shop was awesome!) and I look forward to watching Foudy's grow and grow. They are a great asset to women's sports. Love this little business :)

Loved Shirt - Need Better Communication.

Loved the shirt, but the wait and lack of communication was frustrating.

I pre-ordered the Glasgow City shirt as a mystery gift on August 4th and was so excited for it. The colour and quality are fantastic, and I absolutely love the shirt itself.

However, I just received it today, which was a very long wait. I noticed the shirts are now in stock on the website, which made me think my order had been forgotten. I did send an email to check on the status but didn't get a reply. The shirt arrived literally the day after.

It's a great product, but the experience could be improved with better communication about pre-order delays.

Thank you so much for this feedback - as a result of Big Kick and Glasgow we are no longer going to do pre-orders. Sometimes its hard to hit the mark with delivery as we're selling stock before we physically have it. It's too much risk that we let customers down. This feedback really helps us to develop and do better :)

Poor experience and no communication

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review as my experiences with Foudys has been incredibly frustrating. Whilst the products they offer are genuine and high-quality, the delivery timeframes, customer support, and more importantly communication are terrible.

I originally placed an order delivering to a UK address on 22nd June. The website at the time stated that expected delivery times to UK addresses is ~2-14 working days.

On the 3rd July I was concerned that there appeared to be no updates to the order status at all so sent in a message to their support email address, which was received according to their auto-response. I received no reply to this email.

On the 11th July I sent a further email, articulating that it had been three weeks since placing the order, but more importantly, they had not even bothered responding to my email for eight days. I mentioned opening a dispute with my bank at this time, and finally got a response on 14th July, stating that they would partially ship what they had on hand and follow on with the remaining item.

Partial items were received on 17th July (four weeks after initially placing the order). No update was provided for the remaining item.

On 12th August I sent a new email asking for an update. At this point it was four/five weeks since the last response from Foudys, and eight weeks since the order was placed. No response was received from them.

On 24th August I sent another email asking for an update, but I don't expect an update since Foudys seem to be actively avoiding any sort of update.

This has been incredibly frustrating as a buyer. In the same time I have ordered similar products from France and had them arrive within five days of placing the orders.

I would have loved to support Foudys as a dedicated Women's Football retailer, but unfortunately the service and communication is not at the level I would accept from a professional establishment.

I absolutely loved my Mystery Euros kit…

I absolutely loved my Mystery Euros kit from Foudys! The 2XL size fit me perfectly, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It was such a fun surprise to get the Sweden kit definitely a great choice. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery was timely. I’m already looking forward to the first list kit and can’t wait to see which team it is. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I’ve ordered multiple items from Foudys over the years and I’m currently waiting for my Home Again shirt to arrive 🙌 I’ve seen their delivery timeframes improve considerably over the years, I’m super impressed with their turnaround given I know the demand is massive and they are a small business so huge congratulations on that, the quality has always been great and the staff all seem really friendly from their socials, I’ve messaged Helen privately thanking her for her and the teams work, what they are doing for the accessibility and growth of the women’s game is incredible

I keep going back for more

Have used foudy’s a number of times now. I recently just bought a mystery bundle which was fab and an exciting surprise to find out what I’d got. I ordered Sunday night and it arrived Thursday. I then ordered some England shirts Thursday and they came today (Saturday) so am super impressed with the speed of the service and the quality of the items. My mystery bundle included a couple of pairs of foudy’s socks and the quality is amazing on their own stuff too.

Amazing quality and service. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered several shirts, t-shirts and socks from Foudys, and they deliver incredible quality, every single time. Their care, effort and passion for women’s football is clearly seen in their store and products. Every order has always been on time, amazing quality and great communication,

I’d highly recommend and I look forward to future purchases, women’s football tops and awesome t-shirts.

Shirt never arrived

Shirt never arrived, have contacted them several times. Was told they would contact royal mail “asap”. It’s being 9 working days since that email. Was also told my shirt is no longer available. Since then I’ve seen them make a new drop and non stop social media posts but can’t look after paying customers. This is one of many stories I have heard about people trying and failing to contact them. I respect what they are doing but don’t think they are prepared for the demand they have and leave customers like me devastated and out a significant amount of money. At this point I’d expect both the shirt and a refund as it hasn’t been able to be worn for the euros which was its intended purpose. But I’m sure I won’t even get either. I ordered this shirt over a month ago.

Also to note, I have only tweeted them and left this review (after emailing and waiting days for a response) and strange enough it takes 10 minutes to get a response to that because the public can see it vs 9 days of emails. A simple email chain would have been nice instead.

Hey Imogen,

I completely sympathise with your situation and it sucks that your shirt has gone MIA but I’d love for you to sympathise with my situation too. Imagine someone orders a product from your small business. Your team then fulfil it within the time frame and to perfection. According to the delivery tracking process (that you’ve paid extra so you ensure you’re covered as a business) says your order has been received and delivered with no issues. Imagine then you got a tweet from the customer who tells you the product has been stolen. Disaster.

On one hand you want every customer to be happy and have their kit. On the other you’re still a small business owner working 7 days printing shirts in a little studio in Manchester and it’s tough. We haven’t got room for error. If I replaced every shirt because a customer tells me to then I wouldn’t survive. If word got out that I didn’t investigate then every customer could get multiple free shirts and I’d not be able to do the work I’m doing.

We are as innocent as you are here. You can see the tracking. We have evidenced our delivery and I’m trying my best to help you by finding out what’s happened. It’s made harder when you blast us on social media and it’s really hurtful.

I will email you with an update from the delivery company as soon as I have one.

Amazing customer service, even better product

I left a 3 star review a few days ago but thought I should re-write my review as Foudys have outdone themselves! I ordered a lionesses shirt but requested to change the size, when it came I received the initial size that i ordered which was disappointing. I contacted Foudys and Helen responded within a few hours, shipping me a brand new shirt the same day. I expressed how important it was for me to receive the shirt quickly as i’m travelling to switzerland next week, so i want to say a huge thank you to Helen for being so amazing and sorting me out, despite being extremely busy!!! The approachable nature of Foudy’s is what makes them stand out from other retailers, and i will definitely be back to order my club kits in September!!!

The best store for women's kits

They have the best selection of women's shirts available on the market, they really know their stuff and have namesets and numbers ready and waiting for printing. I ordered a couple of England shirts during their Euros launch period and even though they were inundated with orders, they still got my shirts out to me in excellent time and let me hold off until the squad numbers were confirmed. Highly recommended, won't go anywhere else for my shirts now.

I placed an order worth £140 over three…

I placed an order worth £140 over three weeks ago, which was the day these shirts were released and still haven’t received anything. After the initial delays, I even agreed to change my order to a non-authentic version of the shirt just to try and get it in time — something I wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t already chasing updates and trying to compromise.

Unfortunately, after that email requesting the change, I received no swift reply, and my order was still not dispatched, which led me to request a refund, to which then followed by a email saying they could originally do the shirt swap, but because the refund requested, I would have to re-order and spend more money.

i’m now left with no shirt at all with 5 days till the euros having placing the order well in advance, and have been forced to request a refund.

To make things worse, if I were to try and reorder the original shirt now, I would no longer receive the discount I had when I placed my first order — meaning I’d be paying more and likely facing another delay.

This has been a really disappointing experience. I feel I had been more than patient and reasonable, but the complete lack of communication, which i understand the busy period and I appreciate that but for the amount of money spent, this kind of service is upsetting, and to now be left with nothing does not feel right at all. It’s a shame, because this company is a fantastic support of women’s football and always has been, which is what led me to choose them, but I don’t feel I’ve had the service I’d hoped for.

Quality,fast service

I ordered my WSL upcycle shirt from Foudys in the summer which was probably their busiest time of year with the upcoming women's euros. I thought that my order would take a back seat but the service was excellent from email communication, quality of printing and speediness of delivery. This company really know how to treat their customers. Thank you
