Was a Found Bank customer for 2 plus years, never had any issues, never needed to contact customer support, then out of nowhere, my account was frozen, I reached out to support, and I never received one answer instead I got the same cookie cutter response from a Paul W. (who is obviously a bot) I asked numerous questions over the course of 4-5 emails, and not once were any of my questions answered, So if you ever need support regarding your money and your account good luck, YOU WON'T GET ANY SUPPORT AT ALL.

Much easier to use than quickbooks and Found has a lot of supports for small businesses.

They closed my account for no reason. At least they sent me the money I had there through check but it's really upsetting. First they open the account and then out of nowhere they decide to close it. It happened just after a dispute I started. Coincidence? I don't think so!

Easy to sign up.

Found is consistently helping me keep my account in order, with all of the helpful reminders, and with keeping my account secure against fraud. Their response is almost immediate, and their service is 10/10

The set up process was easy. The option of creating " buckets" is appealing to me, and you have have taxes withdrawn automatically from income is awesome.

I love the way I can send out invoices directly to my clients and receive payment easily. I also like being able to set up pockets for taxes and expenses. Moving money to and from external accounts is very easy too. The app is super easy to use! Works very well with my square app. My accountant loves the app as well because it allows me to keep everything organized for her as well.

The representative was very knowledgeable and polite.

The instructions were easy, logical and fast; the verifications rapid.

Ease of use and managing multiple entities.

So far the set up process has been easy. I like the tax features and the ability to set up a small business bank without the hassle of going into a branch. I like the feature that ypu can create several cards for seperate tracking in the same account.

Found was easy to sign up but it took a little time to get all of my paperwork certified. I have not had any problems with my account since joining.

I like the app but wish there were less charges for atm or at least a local place

Customer service is a bot - that opens a ticket for you and you may or may not ever hear back from someone. Once I spoke to someone - they only communicate via email with maybe a next day answer. Not ideal when I can transfer money into account but not transfer money out. They couldn't help - Closed account

I really like their updates and services. Thank You, Found.

This is a wonderful opportunity for customers to have a stress free service with the products offered in the Found program. Excited to use this app as well for the ease to conduct business.
