Found on the other hand, was quick to respond and very transparent. The interactions felt human and not transactional and the experience feels like a conversation. This is what I always hope for as a Founder, and Found delivered it even if we were not a good fit for them right now.

Found invested in our company in 2025. Within the group there is strong and diverse array of backgrounds which allows for a very broad set of contacts, who they will warmly introduce you to and are always open to helping. I look forward to continuing to work together in future.

Even though it was too soon for my business Laurence took the time to feedback, and also express his interest and support for what we are doing. This is rare, and when you are starting and get more rejections than interest constructive feedback is hugely helpful, many funds ask 20 minutes of your life to apply but can't even be bothered to give you one sentance of feedback in response.

Excellent upfront response of the process, prompt feedback. The feedback had a good understanding of the market. They do a great job at that, considering the people that are raising.

One feedback point was around no other commitments on the round. This is not helpful for startups starting out.
