Seit 6 Monaten arbeite ich als Solopreneur nebenberuflich mit FounderBlocks zusammen.

Ich launche mit noutris einen Service für gesunde Ernährung für Menschen mit wenig Zeit. Davor habe ich lange ohne fremde Hilfe und klaren Plan zur Monetarisierung gearbeitet.

Dank der Zusammenarbeit habe ich mein ursprüngliches Ziel von drei zahlenden Pre-Sell-Kunden zur Validierung deutlich übertroffen. Gemeinsam haben wir eine App entwickelt, die das Problem meiner Kunden effektiv löst und nun kurz vor dem Launch steht.

FounderBlocks bietet eine erprobte, strukturierte Methode um ein Geschäftsmodell zu validieren und einen MVP zu bauen. Diese Methode funktioniert für mich sehr gut.

Die Ansprechpartner auf der fachlichen und technischen Seite sind sehr kompetent und finden zeitnah die passenden Antworten. Ich habe in den letzten Monaten enorm viel gelernt. Die App-Entwicklung verlief sehr zügig, und Feedback wurde schnell und sinnvoll umgesetzt.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es benötigt manchmal etwas Vorlauf, um 1:1 Calls mit Lasse oder Johannes zu buchen. FounderBlocks hat mittlerweile aber das Team erweitert, um mehr Kapazitäten zu schaffen.

Ich freue mich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit und kann FounderBlocks sehr empfehlen.

If you have a startup-idea, but no experience in founding, FounderBlocks is a really good partner to get you going. We really benefitted through the structure of the product-market-fit program, the personal and result-oriented coaching as well as the exchange with other program-founders. We were able to generate our first paying customers through founderblocks which would have otherwise definitely taken much longer and been less well structured.

In March 2026, my brother and I signed up for the Go-to-Market module at Founderblocks, with the clear aim of getting our app ready for a successful launch.

Lasse and Johannes acted as our points of contact throughout the process. They are two consultants who not only know their stuff professionally, but also make a positive impression on a personal level. They really take the time for their clients, remain calm and rational in every situation, and always seek the solution that best suits the circumstances. The process itself is clearly structured, the digital content is well presented and substantively rigorous.
In our view, Founderblocks is particularly well-positioned in the B2B sector: anyone with a scalable SaaS product or a clear B2B model will find valuable insights and close, personalised support here.

In our case, the collaboration had to end earlier than planned for personal reasons. When we addressed this openly, we found a willing ear and were able to work together to find a solution that was fair to both sides. Even when we directly communicated our dissatisfaction with the circumstances, the team responded constructively and moved towards a reasonable agreement. This shows that Founderblocks takes responsibility when things don’t go as expected. This is not something to be taken for granted, and we hold Founderblocks in very high regard for it.

All in all, we’ve learnt a great deal from the coaching and, despite it coming to an early end, we’ve had a positive experience and still have a solid roadmap for our app. Even during the collaboration, we were able to steer the app’s objectives in a different direction to make the app’s offering more customer-focused, which has been extremely valuable.

I applied for a position in this company. Before even getting to know anyone from the team you are asked to answer questions via video. This process takes time and I got an answer within probably one hour that they dont have a position for my profile and gave zero feedback why, even though I have over half a decade experience in that field I applied for. So really, I wasted my time applying.. Please be more considerate about candidates time and energy.
