Found Sound go the extra mile with service and support. They also stock a wider range than any other Australian instrument retailer. They are also great second hand traders. Always my first stop for gear!

Awesome service, popped over from New Zealand to grab a couple of bits of gear and to drop some modular for them to sell on my behalf, fair prices :-)

Excellent people to deal with. Highly recommend checking out this music shop. Great experience all around will definitely be ordering again.

So very helpful, responsive and patient with as many questions as you need to ask! Highly recommended for uying or selling too

The Team at Found Sound were very responsive to my questions and offered real service. Prompt delivery and the goods were packed well. The Guitar I received was in superb condition and would highly recommend Found Sound to anyone needing genuine personal level of care and service.

I recently purchased a Rhodes MK8 75/AE from Found Sound in Australia, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, they made the process incredibly smooth, professional, and stress-free.

Communication was top-notch—every question was answered quickly and thoroughly, and they kept me updated every step of the way. Shipping was exceptionally well-handled, with the MK8 arriving safely, securely packed, and in flawless condition despite the long journey. Their attention to detail and care in ensuring it reached me perfectly did not go unnoticed.

What really sets Found Sound apart is their genuine passion and customer care. Even after the sale, they followed up to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a shop that goes above and beyond like this.

If you’re looking for high-end gear and a team that truly cares, Found Sound is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The best shop for Eurorack. Huge range. Love the shop, I'm impressed that Found Sound also sell pre loved gear too and I think that really contributes a lot to our Eurorack music making culture here in Australia.
Found Sound, imho, is the best shop in Australia for Eurorack and synths.
Great website, easy to browse and shop.
Quick to reply to enquires.
Reliable and quick delivery.

It’s a rare gem to find a retailer offering both new and pre loved gear!
Give them a go, I’m sure you will be satisfied shopping there.

Bought a guitar from Found Sound. It was shipped to me in USA faster than I’ve gotten some things shipped locally, and in perfect condition. Great communication, easy check out, careful shipping. Couldn’t ask for a better experience than the one I had buying here.

I was looking all over the net for a guitar. I came across Found Sound who had one . After great communication from staff they answered all my questions with a price for my requirements. I decided to buy the guitar they had they added a case for me . And sent it to New Zealand . Great service . I'm.waiting for it to arrive ..

Amazing service! Super fast shipping to Germany (actually faster than from Germany itself in my case!). Found an amazing module, which I couldn’t get nowhere else. Found Sound all the way!

Foundsound is hands down the best music store in Australia! They offer an incredible selection of gear at competitive prices, and their range of musical instruments is both extensive and unique. The customer service is exceptional—knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend Foundsound to any musician or gear enthusiast!

Found Sound is a fantastic music shop! I have bought various new and used items from them over the years and they have always been excellent to deal with - great service, great product range and knowledge, fast replies and shipping, and always willing to help you find what you need. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great guys, great prices and great customer service. I have been a happy customer of Found Sound for over a decade. I have received great customer service when I have sold my goods on consignment, and when I have purchased used equipment and guitars. I have always been treated with kindness and consideration. I have been given gig bags for the guitars I bought to make it easier for me to get them home by public transport. I have been supplied Allen keys so that I can carry out my own adjustments and set up the guitars to my liking.
Lewis and his staff at Found Sound are very knowledgeable and helpful and go that bit extra in providing good customer service. Most recently I have been impressed with the excellent after sales customer support I have been given. I bought a used electric guitar and took it home without trying it through an amplifier at the store, unfortunately I found that there was a fault with the switching. I mentioned this in an email to Found Sound. I immediately received a reply from Gab advising me to bring in the guitar to have it repaired by John the in-house luthier. I also received after hours emails from Thommy and Lewis. It was very kind of them. I left my guitar with Found Sound at 2 pm on January 30 and received an email from Lewis at 6.19 pm advising me that my guitar had been repaired and was ready for collection. I picked it up the next day and was delighted that it had been so promptly and expertly repaired. Many thanks to Lewis and his staff at Found Sound. Vlad Szkolar

very good service from all at found sound.. highly recommended..

Absolutely amazing place. Staff are really friendly and knowledgable. Incredible range of stuff!

Have been shopping here for almost 10 years, and have never had any issues with items I've purchased or getting assistance when required.

I love being able to support a small business like Found Sound. There aren't many places left that offer the kind of experience they do.

Congrats on 10 years!

I ordered a guitar from the USA and it arrived like lightning! As described, well packed, great communication. It was perfect! Thank you all very much!

Excellent experience. Got a limited edition MiJ Strat XII on back order. The guys were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Absolutely no hassles at all and definitely recommend.

Foundsound imported a new Eastwood OM-150 for me. They handled the ordering, import, customs, etc and finally shipping to me. The whole process took a long time due to stock shortages and other issues at Eastwood but Lewis and the team stuck with it and here I am with my excellent new guitar!
I highly recommend FoundSound to look after you!
