Product as displayed in photo. Very fragile and several cracks developed within 1 week of unpacking and starting to use. Rain water effect not in centre. Overall good product but not worth the price

My wife loves this new centerpiece in our back garden. The water feature was easy to install and looks great.

I was informed the product was cement-rosin mix and weighed around 80kgs in fact it weighs less than 40kg minus water. Instructions were typically poor 'chenglish' but assembly was pretty obvious. The look of the product is not that great considering the price tag. The outlets to the back fountain are not equidistant across the round hole; the plastic covering for the leds around that hole does not seal at the base and had to be siliconed to stop water ingress; the top should have a cover but does not allowing debris to enter; the base of the hole is also far too open and allows more debris to enter the tank. The instructions say to replace the water every three days but there is no drain hole or tap and access to the tank to clean it is also very restricted - this is the worst aspect of the design in some respects and I will probably retrofit it to allow for a clean out/draining. On the positive side it looks good.

Dear Peter, I am sorry to hear this review. This product is indeed 50KG empty and 80KG when full of water. A syphon pump is required to empty water and depending on location and weather condition, changing water is typically every 4 weeks. This product is indeed made of cement, fiberglass and cement.

Done my homework and looked at lots of different suppliers. Got this cheaper than any retail store even including delivery. 5 Star for product and delivery .
