Fourcourtspress Avis

Order came quickly and well packaged. Came with a free gift and a €15 discount due to difficulty ordering due to storm. Very good service!

Living in the UK we cannot easily source Fourcourts books so we used the website and ordered direct. We were delighted with the efficient and personal service we experienced

It seemed impossible to come by a 4 Courts publication by contacting many regional as well as national booksellers. So I 'phoned 4 Courts and was treated to a very friendly encounter and, within a day or two, the book I wanted was in my hands. What's more I did not end up paying more than I would have if I had found the book in any bookshop. Surely the various booksellers who said "No can do" could have done the same.

Four Courts are great to deal with (and of course publish very interesting books!)

Absolutely brilliant service, I ordered this book on the Friday 20/12/2024 and it was dispatched on the same day, I did not expect to receive it until after Christmas, but it arrived over the weekend carefully packaged and with a lovely gift. I am delighted to have discovered Four Courts Press and I will be back God willing. Keep up the good work Anthony. Kindest Regards John

Next day delivery with a lovely note from Anthony and a bar of chocolate. Nice!

Impeccable service. Unusual books, properly produced. They arrived promptly, packed in an ungainly cardboard box swathed in brown adhesive tape, suggesting that they had been packed by a hardworking human.

Excellent experience with four courts press. My order never showed up Anthony got back to me straight away and has resent another copy. Friendly and prompt service

Fast efficient service as usual, and a free bar of chocolate. What more can one want?

Once again I've ordered books from this Publisher. Always so prompt to post them out, and so courteous to deal with. The books were from the Maynooth Studies in Local History Series. Well-written, well illustrated and good value. These authors are also ready to give talks on their respective subjects, and have proven very engaging for our members. Lucinda Mac Mahon, Hon. Chairperson, Irish Family History Society.

I have ordered several times now from Four Courts Press and can only say that they are a great company to deal with. They have been a great source of books in my area of interest and said books are also very well priced.
Shipping is very quick and deliveries are very well packaged to protect the contents.
Communication is also first rate.

I love buying books and I love buying local, so what can be better than buying from Four Courts Press?! Anthony was super friendly and helpful via email. My books arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. A bonus box of Irish-made chocolates arrived with the books! That was a wonderful surprise. Books and chocolates?! That’s my weekend all set! A+ service from Four Courts Press.

Personal service with humour and style with human beings who know and love their books rather than faceless algorithms.

Book and a free bar of chocolate arrived promptly.

Restores ones faith in humanity

I was delighted at the speedy, efficient and personal service and would have no hesitation in recommending its on-line ordering. Also, it offers great books!

What an excellent service on top of fantastic books! I ordered my books this morning and had them before lunchtime with a small surprise gift. Much appreciated and cannot recommend enough

I have been buying books from this company for some time and find them very professional to deal with.

Outstanding customer service. Well designed website that is easy to navigate and a simple payment system. Books are clearly and fully described. But the real delight was the remarkably prompt delivery of the books by cycle courier. I received the very well packed parcel three hours after placing my order! Fair took my breath away.
