I ordered goods from Foys online.
I have over the years shopped in their store in Letterkenny and always found the staff friendly proactive helpful and knowledgeable.When I placed my online order my collection store for my items showed as Foy's in Ballybofey.
I contacted this store by email and asked if pickup could be changed to the Letterkenny store,a very helpful gentleman named Liam said he would make the arrangements and a staff member from Foy's Letterkenny would be in contact when the goods arrived.Within a day or two I got a call from John in Foy's letterkenny and picked my parcel up today.
What a seamless service ,with fabulous staff,quality goods,and amazing service.

First time buying from this company and I have to say, their service is outstanding!! I ordered a set of steak knives so certainly not the dearest purchase, yet it was treated as if it was. Received my order by courier in less than 2 days!

The most important part of my review was tucked inside the packaging was a personal note thank me for shopping with them and supporting their Irish Family run business. This for me, that little personal touch, means I will definitely shop with Foy & Company again :) x

I was looking for a fruit bowl that would accommodate all my needs including a separate hook for bananas as they can cause other fruit to ripen faster and spoil. In googling I came across Foy & Company. I loved the look of the fruit bowl with integrated banana hook that they had on offer so ordered one straight away. It arrived in good time, well boxed and wrapped up. I'm delighted with the look of it, exactly as advertised on the site. I was even more delighted to be able to support a family run Irish business. A personalized card was included with the purchase. It definitely will not be the last time I use this company. I wish them all the very best.

In awe of the customer service here! Had a problem with a light. There were none left in store but Leah and the team sourced a replacement from the manufacturer and had it sent to me in no time. The service with Foy & Co was fantastic. Bought a very large rug for my sitting room on line after speaking to the company. It was delivered to Limerick free of charge with 7 days. The rug was almost 300 euro cheaper with Foys than a furniture shop which also sold it in Limerick. Unbelievable. I will definitely buy from here again.
