Not refunded for unauthorized membership
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. I was charged for a service that I did not authorize and ultimately never received.
When I contacted them, they initially agreed to issue a refund. However, once they saw that I had opened a PayPal dispute to protect myself, they became upset and demanded that I close the dispute first. After that, they refused to refund me altogether.
It has now been over a month. The service was never provided, the payment is not protected by PayPal, and I am left without my money. Requiring a customer to close a dispute before issuing a promised refund is unfair and places all the risk on the customer.
This experience reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.
