Bad Customer Service
Ordered a scarfs as a gift. They send me an email that my order has dispatched. I have not received the tracking number and on their website my order status was saying ''Your order is confirmed
We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.''
I followed up after a couple of days to see if I can see the status. No answer from them. Emailed them again, and they are saying, my order has been delivered. I asked again the tracking number so I can see what happened. Finally they sent is. It seems the delivery company dropped my package to an other town's post office. I told them that according to my order it should have been a home delivery and their reply is that they cannot influence the delivery.
Really bad service, not providing information about an order and after not owing their mistake but rather rudely get rid off customers. If I am not asking probably they not informing me where is my package. Now I have to organize a transport to pick it up and I paid for delivery...
I will NEVER EVER purchase and other FRAAS item.
