Very similar to the other negative reviews on Trustpilot (and yes, they are all negative), I purchase a so call 'Sat-Nav' for my wife's Christmas present. I thought I was buying from a UK-based company - turns out it was shipping directly from China, and Fracix-UK has nothing to do with the UK whatsover. The item was horrendous - it had - it was described as "GPS Pianet Navigation" on the outer box; then when you start to explore the loosely packed contents within the box the you start to see other signs that this is a scam. The following detail was printed on the box:
"Optional major brands of electronic navigation map
- Do not have any access. No other charges
- Targeted. High-sensitivy receiver module, Error in the 2 - 5 meters of"
We do not even attempt to try and get this thing to work. I contacted their support email address then began the long messy back and forth (which is still going on til this day) of trying to get the thing returned.
Like the other reviews state, they are extremely reluctant, quote you £35 return courier fee, a 15% re-stocking fee, and they give you an address and phone number that's not recognised by DHL!
Currently they have less than 12 hours to respond to DHL in China to provide a new and correct address otherwise the parcel will be abandonned. They won't call DHL because they have zero concept of how to understand any information provided in an email. I ask them to phone DHL as it's an emergency, they reply with a generic phrase telling me that they're sorry that I wish to return the item!!!??
I have lost the £200 paid for the item, lost the cost of returning it, and lost a few hours researching it, and writing a ton of emails.
Will now attempt to contact my bank and do a charge-back.

This place is BAD.rhis is for the anti snoring device. They say they return but they don’t tell you one they try to offer a discount to not return then they tell you if you return you have to pay a 15% restock fee, plus shipping to Hong Kong which is costly & never mentioned on their site or when purchasing & then they tell you if it doesn’t get through customs & doesn’t arrive you don’t get any money back at all. You’re out of luck id that happens. Do not buy from this place or this product. It’s a scam. I was not to smart on this one. I am still arguing over my money & they didn’t advertise all of this upfront.

DO NOT BUY. This is a scam. I received a paper notebook with a USB cord that plugs into....nothing. When I tried to return the product, the seller informed me that they would refund 10% of the cost and I could return but would be responsible for all shipping and customs taxes.

I'll be honest .I wasn't expecting to ever receive my order after looking into reviews and info on scam sites ...im actually shocked my delivery came today ,it's what I ordered aswell .the only complaint was the tracking info was not working at all

Do not use this company. They are con men and it’s a scam. They do not honour their cancellation/refund policy. Check the website you can only contact them by email and you will be lucky to get a response. Do not use them.

This company appears to be connected with Reviewholic.com and appears to have fake reviews on it's website. It also appears to operate under the name of Wavel Digital Notebooks. I purchased 2 Digital Notebooks. They do not work at all. I paid $644.30 AUD. Big Mistake dealing with this company.
