I can be honest

I can be honest; I cannot be helpful, and I can't be constructive. This company is nothing but irresponsible and thoughtless to its customers. 3 times now, I have returned my product that I ordered to Aafes because FragilePak either lost the product or misplaced it and or delivered it late. Please refrain from ordering large /bulky items from Aafes and please write a review about your dealings with Fragile Pak. I have also sent a letter to my Congressman Bryan Steil of Wi. to see if he can send a msg to Aafes to discontinue there contract with Fragile Pak.

Second: as u can see below, there answer to this problem. I want for me and the Public for Fragile Pak to answer Publicly how they are going to resolve this situation...Transparency is the key to Honesty!!!!!!!

Terrible shipping company

Terrible shipping company. My furniture delivery is already 3 weeks late and they lie to me that truck driver came to your address and nobody was there. Very frustrated with them. Already called them 7 times and am still waiting for these terrible company to give me an estimate of when they are delivering the furniture I paid for more than a month ago.

I placed an order for newborn furniture…

I placed an order for newborn furniture and still have yet to receive my item. Every time I’ve called. I’ve been given the run around. I called again Tuesday of last week only to have them tell me my package was already supposed to be here but it’s been delayed due to the weather. Ok understandable. Called once more time Thursday to have them tell me AGAIN, my package is still in the warehouse in Indianapolis and it hasn’t moved. Nor could they tell me when it’ll be taken to the location in my state! I’m pissed off. This item is for a newborn who will be here in maybe FIVE weeks! I DO NOT have time to keep playing games!! This is ridiculous. When I call tomorrow and it’s another excuse, you can bet your ass I’m coming to Indianapolis warehouse myself and getting my order! I’ll purchase a U-Haul! I’m a Mother first!! I’ll always COME THROUGH FOR MINE! Here it is January 3rd and I still have no update on my order!

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Stay away these people are deceitful & have no customer care. Had a pickup scheduled today for a pricey appliance, called halfway through the 4 hour window to get an eta. Was told they canceled our pickup, claiming they stopped by & we didn’t answer. Provided no option to come by later in day during time window. Doorcam footage shows they never even drove by our house, nonetheless rang the doorbell. To make it more clear they were lying - we were actually outside with our garage open all day working in the garage. Received no customer support in response, besides sitting on hold for nearly an hour.

Extremely poor service from FragilePAK

Extremely poor service from FragilePAK. Furniture shipped on Dec 8, 2022 was originally to be delivered Dec 23, 2022. Still no information today 29th Dec 2022. IT’s taking days to be brought in to the last mile location from a warehouse just 1.5hr driving distance…. Think twice when buying furniture from JUBILEE FURNITURE.

Honestly the absolute worst experience…

Honestly the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. Ive been given the runaround for SIX weeks trying to get them to complete a delivery. Cannot begin to explain my frustration. Always seem helpful on the phone promising to sort out the issue but nothing ever gets resolved. Would not ever use them or any company that contracts with them.

Told me it was arriving twice and never showed.Were supposed to call and give me a time window. Never did.
Wasted Two whole days for nothing.

AAfees is going to be forced to removed from vendors list after All the hell I am going to raise with my Congressman.

No one can figure out where my order is or when it will be delivered

I ordered several items from AAFES, all shipped through Fragilepak. WHAT A PAIN. A mattress and foundation were supposed to be delivered 12/9/2022. Instead, a bed and side table that was scheduled to be delivered on 12/12/2022 was delivered on 12/9/2022. So I figured the mattress and foundation would be delivered 12/12. I sent an email about the mix up and was told to wait until the 12/12 delivery.

Well, we can't seem to figure out if that 12/12 delivery is going to happen. I received no notice of a 4 hour delivery window, I sent email requesting and got no response except the automated one. Waited over 30 minutes on hold to talk to a person at FragilePak. They don't make it easy to even find a number to call them. She tried to check with the warehouse and couldn't get an answer. It's 3 pm and I've spent the entire day waiting - apparently for nothing. If I check online (at least for the items that have already been delivered,) they are still showing a delivery date of 12/12. Nothing arrived on 12/12 and I had to make another call back to them, they did not contact me.

I have since found out that they created a document to try to show proof of delivery of the items that are missing. It shows that they were delivered on 12-9-22, when the items that actually were delivered arrived. Then they created documents showing that those items actually delivered on 12-9-22 (the bed and the table) were delivered on 12-12-22, when NO deliveries were made. I have no idea why they decided to create documents with the other date for items they had actually delivered. Instead of the full signatures that I signed for those received items, these created documents only have my initials. They also list several questions that are answered YES/NO - I never saw those questions when they made the delivery, and yet they are all answered. They were not answered by me. This is just weird in my opinion. I have downloaded copies of all of these documents.

I had no choice in using this company, as that was decided by the shipper. I have contacted the shipper and they are checking into it from their end.

If you have a shipping company choice, consider others. This one is disorganized and difficult to communicate with when something goes wrong.

Edited to add "PRO" numbers (seriously, PRO?)
Orders that were actually delivered on 12-9-2022 were 263U1095555 (bed) and 263U1095553 (end table.) They changed paperwork to show that these were delivered on 12-12-2022, when NO ONE CAME TO MY HOUSE.

Order that they SAID was delivered on 12-9-2022 but which hasn't shown up at all is 263U1095552 (mattress and foundation.) Still waiting to see this or to get an accurate response.

Another order scheduled to be delivered 12-15-2022, 263U1095554 (recliner chair.) May the delivery angels guide this one to my home on time.

UPDATE: We did NOT receive the delivery scheduled for 12-15-2022. My husband and I were home all day. I was a few feet from the door at all times and kept the phone by my side. I discovered in the evening that a message had been left on my cell phone, which is NOT the number I have given as contact, saying that the delivery team was at my house. No delivery person knocked on the door or called. Besides both me and my husband being here all day, we have 3 dogs that would have alerted to someone at the door and they were quiet all day.

So, still no chair delivery. We do have the mattress delivery scheduled for next week.

Edit 12/19/22 The very fact that this is being dealt with on a public post on a 3rd party review site, rather than through direct calls and emails with me the customer, speaks volumes for how FragilePak runs their business.

Update 12/22/22 - Had a call from a manager a couple of days ago, so now I have a phone number to call if there are any more delivery problems. I did receive the scheduled delivery on 12/21/22. The box was mangled a bit but the contents were still ok.

Awaiting one more delivery that is scheduled on 12/23/22 to complete my order. I'll update on that.

Great experience!

I’ve seen so many bad reviews about the deliveries so I wanted to tell you about my great delivery service I had today. Joe’s Delivery Service brought my perogola, that weighed 732 lbs, all the way up my 80 foot driveway. They were nice as could be and were on time. I couldn’t be happier!

How could this company be allowed to stay in business. CB2 should be ashamed. If you’re reading these reviews and considering ordering from any brand that uses fragilepak trust me RUN the other direction.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! My package is a month late now. Nearly zero communication. I finally received a call two days ago saying my order would finally arrive yesterday between 7-11:00 am. My package did not arrive and I have heard absolutely nothing from them!

Incompetence, Lack of Communication, and Contempt for Customers

I ordered a sofa that was to be delivered to the Outer Banks of NC. I was informed an hour before it was to be delivered that the driver does not go on ferries. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the guest "services" rep put the phone on her desk and I listened to her tapping on her keyboard. The contempt shown for me was palpable. If I could put zero stars, I would do so. The experience could not be worse. I am now going to need to arrange delivery to a third party. I guess FragilePAK cannot read maps and see that it takes a ferry to get to Ocracoke, NC.

Worse company ever and constant lying

Worse company ever: Ordered a couch from a reputable retailer who uses Fragilepak for deliveries.
Had 3 different dates for delivery and waited all day and each won was a no show. Was in contact with customer service each time who supposedly talked to driver and said they were running behind,driver will contact us , and will still make the delivery that day. Driver should be fired. Not even a phone call to let us know he was going to be a no show. 3 TIMES. Will ask for refund for the couch since I can't get it delivered. Unbelievable disregard for the customer.

This is the WORST company EVER

This is the WORST company EVER. I did everything they asked had my delivery scheduled for Monday from 1-5. Never heard a thing from them and no one showed up. I waited from 1-7 hoping they were running late. I emptied my daughters room with the expectation of receiving the bed and now my daughter will be sleeping on the floor for 4 days. i called the number given to me 720-5387838 which is cell phone with no voicemail set up and of course no one answered. How this company is still in business I do not know but I will be doing everything I can to let people know to NEVER use them.

This company isn’t very well organized…

This company isn’t very well organized to this point. Get an email to confirm delivery, then are redirected to a page stating it’s not available. Another email to set up delivery 2 hrs later, only to go through the process & be told “unable to set date, give us up to 72 hrs”. To THEN receive a TEXT 20 mins later to set the date AGAIN only to be told they’re “unable to set a date at this time, give us up to 72 hrs”. ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE that I will not ever use this ”service” again or any retail company that uses their delivery services. Just terrible.

Worst delivery experience ever!

It has been a month since I paid right around $1,000 for a display to be shipped. FragilePak keeps changing when it will even arrive in my state let alone when it will arrive at my location. Was assured it would be here by the time I needed it. Still don't have a delivery date scheduled. They won't tell me where it is or when it may arrive. All I know is it has been a month and it is still not here. By far, the worst freight company I have ever dealt with!!!

Worst delivery company

After stating that the delivery date would not work for me the company still schedule my delivery with a delivery window when I was not available. Since I need the delivery a friend kindly offered to go ti my grouse to expect the delivery. No one showed up with my delivery. I was on the phone and emailed multiple people all day long and was assured I would have a delivery, that the truck could be delayed. The delivery never showed. No one contacted me back. Today, I talked to customer service and found out the delivery would take another week. Unacceptable. People take time off to wait for these deliveries and there’s no accountability from the company. Customer service is useless.

I did not get the four hour window for delivery missed a whole day and never got my delivery.

I did not get the four hour window the day before my delivery date and so I missed a whole day of work and no one showed up with my delivery. I was on the phone and emailed multiple people all day long and was assured I would have a delivery that day. I have talked to numerous people since Monday and it is now Thursday they have no idea where my product is and I cannot reschedule until they find it. Apparently, they only deliver on Mondays so I am expected to miss another day of work whenever it is found and finally delivered.
