Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. This company is useless. Ordered a freezer over a month ago. It still is not delivered and they’ve missed two possible timeframes for it to arrive to their “last mile” location. I’m not even sure they know where their last mile location is. Never EVER count on this company to deliver anything timely. It is a shame the PX uses these folks to ship stuff. They are rude in messages and contradict everything. It doesn’t take 6 weeks to deliver a freezer

If I could pick 0 stars I would. I had missed 2 calls but called back within a minute after picking my kids. Supposedly the truck was at my home, over half an hour early. I called back immediately and was met with something similar to this: "I can't get in touch with the team members, so you will need to pick a new date for your package to be picked up." The next available date did not work for and they were unable to offer any other dates. Likewise, they could not give me a window of time in which the truck would arrive on the next available date until the day before...Ridiculous. People have JOBS, APPOINTMENTS, CHILDREN, etc. The customer service reps were incredibly unhelpful, and the overall vibe feels like sketchy, unsuccessful business practices.

If you order anything and the shipping…

If you order anything and the shipping company is FragilePAK simply cancel your order. You will never get it, my order has been pushed back for the last month. They give you a week window and on the first day of that window it will be pushed back another two weeks… you won’t get any notification about your shipment being delayed or a reasoning why.

This company ridiculous

This company ridiculous! How are you going to put only half the order inside the house!? They took advantage of a young girl, telling her it wouldn't fit, which is not true because the chairs were the same width as the sofas. The sofas were just longer and heavier and know she wouldn't say anything. Shameful!

What a joke of a company

We were supposed to get white glove delivery on a living room, set consisting of couch, loveseat, and a recliner. They had called us the day before to set up a time between 12 PM and 4 PM, I arrived home at 10:30 AM and our furniture was sitting out on the drive, the worst thing about this whole situation is that you can never talk to anybody, never have they tried to call us. This company is unbelievable and I cannot see how they can stay in business. Besides, our recliner was damaged and so was the sofa. 361U1279522 I did provide all this information back on April 25 and you replied to me and was going to set up a time. We could talk on the phone and I never received that.

I would agree with everyone else

I would agree with everyone else. I’m not sure why the Army Exchange uses them. The service is god awful. They have canceled on me once already. Shipping also takes forever.

I will be writing to the CEO of the army and navy exchanges personally so that they don’t do business with FragilePak. With only negative reviews, it’s bewildering they’re still being used.

I have quite literally nothing positive to say about them.

Missed delivery window with no notice

Missed delivery window with no notice. When contacted customer service I had the added bonus of dealing with an incredibly snarky and passive aggressive rep who told me to just wait around another 2 hours or that I would have to wait till next week to even be able to reschedule delivery. It is abundantly clear based on the volume of similar reviews that this is just the way this company operates. My advice would be to avoid them if possible.

I wish I could give Fragilepak zero…

I wish I could give Fragilepak zero stars. Worst customer service ever. Then no call/no showed on me twice now, after attempting to deliver the wrong order. Called their customer service and they said “someone would get back to me “, but they never did. So that’s 3 times they have messed up. And here I am, still waiting on my delivery that was supposed to happen weeks ago. Today, again, they are 2 hours past their delivery window, and once again customer service told me they have no answers for me and would get back to me. Since that is the same thing, they told me last time when they never got back to me, I don’t have my hopes up. I would go out of my way to never order anything again if the merchandise company wants to use Fragilepak for delivery.

I paid for white glove delivery

I paid for white glove delivery. This was a re-delivery of original order. And was anything but white glove! My furniture was dropped off not set up. And Partially
damaged Then a part was missing. The driver/delivery guy was not nice at all, he treated to take my furniture back to the store because he only wanted to drop it off at my door. I said okay then bring it back when your ready to set it up in my house like I paid for. I later contacted FragilePAK who wasn't helpful at all. FragilePAK excepted my money to do a job that they did not provide. FragilePAK did not address the workers or the lack of that was paid for. They only responded back telling me I need contact the company I purchased it from. I paid my money directly to FragilePAK to delivery to me. It's not right that I paid FragilePAK to do a job and theydid not do it. So I actually Paid FragilePAK to give me horrible service. If I could I would give FragilePAK a minus 10 star review!!!P S. A very disappointed customer!!!

I purchased the item April 10th and have never received a call from them even though the tracking shows it has been sitting in the final warehouse destination since April 26

So far my experience with FragilPak has been a nightmare

So far my experience with FragilPak has been nothing but a nightmare. I was scheduled for my newborn crib to be delivered. The delivery team came before the delivery window. They called because they could not find our home and because it was a random number I didn’t answer right away, I always just wait for a voicemail to call someone right back if it’s important. Instead of leaving a voicemail for me to call right back they decided to just leave. I reached out via phone and email multiple times and keep getting the run around about re-delivery. I ordered my crib from BuyBuy Baby and they are now closing down. I had no choice when I purchased the crib who they use to deliver with and so far it looks like I’m going to be out $900 for a crib that’s never going to arrive. Very disappointed and unprofessional company.

Very unprofessional company.

I had a delivery window between 9:30-1:30. I took off work for that time period and was home waiting for them. They are supposed to give a 30 min call ahead. Finally after not hearing anything at 3:30 I found a number on the website to call them. (they had not bothered to respond to the email I had sent them at 1:35pm. Turns out they were stuck at a previous delivery for over 3 hours. No phone call, no comunication, Nothing. Now I am waiting for a phone call for them to reschedule me.
2 days later Order 263U1333753 still no response on when we will recieve our shipment.

Horrible communication, still waiting on furniture

I have been waiting almost a month for a couch and chair to be delivered. Just hosted a party in our new home without living room furniture. Ordered through AAFES and didn't have a choice on companies. Been scheduled for delivery three times now and I have had to contact the company to get updates and all three times I get an email the day after delivery saying its "unscheduled". Still waiting for an updated delivery date as of 1 May, first delivery date was supposed to be 4 April. 91% 1-star reviews...do better AAFES in choosing the shipping company to support our service members making purchases with you. Order number is 263U1285657 since all the previous reviews had similar experiences and apparently leaving a review here may actually get someone to fix the problem and not simply reply with a canned "sorry for this inconvenience, please provide your order number and we will fix this".

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever…

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. The delivery team arrives 2 hours outside the window for delivery- I had to call the company to make sure they were still coming because no one had reached out and I took a half day from work so I could be there for the delivery.

When they go to drop off my couch- the delivery team clearly had no idea what they were doing. They manage to get my couch stuck in the front door after they ripped my front door off its hinges. It’s snowing and below freezing and at this point my front door is now damaged. The delivery team tells me it’s my problem and then they threaten to call the cops on me for asking to talk to their manager. They then leave and I have to move the couch by myself and fix my front door because it was snowing and I live in an unsafe neighborhood.

After that I contacted the customer experience team no one responded to me or apologized for my horrible experience.

By far the worse service I have ever paid for and experienced. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Good luck

Not even a question. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Ordered high-value items from crate and barrel furniture. They have scheduled and canceled deliveries four times now. Now order is being split on different days. So much in terms of bad communication I have spent hours between emails and phone calls, not to mention all the money I’ve lost by missing work and them not showing up

How are they in business???

Truly the worst company ever. Purchased an item from Homaray Furniture. They guarantee 48 hour dispatch, Guarantee date delivery, delivery within 15 days, and guarantee compensation for late delivery. My receipt shows I was to receive my item by 4/20. Of course I did not. When I didn't I called FragilePak and they told me the item was just now leaving the warehouse. 15 days after purchase. Then they said I was getting the item on the 25th, then 5/1 then 5/10. I tried to cancel the item with Homaray and of course they wash their hands of the shipment once Fragilepak has it. Some have written that the delivery from Homaray using this company is 9-11 weeks. Constant excuses and constant date changes. I have definitely filed a dispute but it seems a lot of businesses use this company. They are the worst.

Can't believe Costco uses this company

Can't believe Costco uses this company. I was texted a date for delivery (came at 10pm at night) only to find out when the date arrived "not enough items going to your area, delivery not happening' Now NO IDEA when I'll the items that via Costco I have paid for in full. Never once was I told "you'll get it when we kinda feel like it"

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I really wish I would have known AAFES was using this company to ship my TV and I would have elected to purchase elsewhere. I really don't understand how this company is still in business with so many negative reviews and issues. I bought a TV online two weeks ago from the base exchange that is only an HOUR and a half from my house but somehow my TV is not here. The website says it was shipped on March 31 and when I reached out to FragilePak inquiring about where my TV was (because the online tracking information they provide is trash)...I got "my item is in transit" How long does it take to get a TV from Wright Patterson Air Force Base to Columbus Ohio? It is insane that I paid so much money for my purchase and now having to wait with no certainty of when it will arrive or if it will be damaged upon arrival because based on other reviews it is a possibility. I went to check the useless tracking link they provided to see if maybe just maybe there is more detail now since they said the delivery would be between April 13-17th and now they changed the delivery window to April 20-24th!! Where is my stuff!! I am going to find a way to route this up the chain through AAFES so they can be forced to drop this company.

Refused to assemble white-glove delivery items

The delivery team from FragilePAK refused to assemble my white-glove delivery items from Crate and Barrel. They tried to dump the items in my garage and leave. The two men were verbally abusive when I said that they would either need to assemble the items or take them back. The entire FragilePAK team was rude and unprofessional, not to mention extremely late with the delivery. I would not recommend this company.
