I have only ordered twice with this company the first order arrived quickly with no problems.The second order was a small bottle of scent that had a roller ball to dispatch the contents but unfortunately it is such a thick substance the roller ball wasnt doing its job. I spoke with customer service and they immediately sent me another bottle with a scent stick instead of the ball. They did not even request i return the original bottle so i ended up with 2 for the price of 1. I certainly cant fault them and i will be more than happy to use them again in the future.

Placed an order over 2 months ago which was never delivered. I notified FOA of the missing parcel, but it took them days to get back to me. When they did, they told me they will investigate with their courier; however, as it was Eid they requested more time to get back to me, which I reluctantly gave them. It’s been over 2 months since and I’ve still not heard anything from the FOA. They’ve kept my money and I haven’t received my order. They’ve also stopped responding to my emails. Very poor customer service. I’d encourage everyone to shop elsewhere.
