Frame My TV Avis 

I had a 43" Sony television that I wanted to be framed and hung on a marble slab. I chatted online with the friendly folks at FrameMyTV.com and they recommended the necessary configuration. The frame is very sturdy and well built and fit the television exactly.

The installation directions were easy to follow. The frame can adjust to fit the TV mount and inputs on the TV. The TV looks like a work of art on the wall. I would highly recommend Frame MyTV.com to anyone interested in making their flat mount television screen something attractive and unique.

The mirror with the TV behind it is great. Its an automatic WOW whenever people come over to visit and then I turn on the TV. It really has everyone's attention and it looks just great. I needed some help on putting on the IR receivers between the TV and the mirror and people at the office who answered connected me to a person who was at home with family and walked me thru the installation as I was only able to get the necessary muscle to help me lift it in place on a Saturday night was delayed as I recently had shoulder surgery and our sons wedding and getting assistance was a challenge. Thank you.

Ordering was easy, delivery fine and love the look of the mirror and frame. Actually had to have a bit more hanging reinforcement for weight of frame and mirror that was expected. Overall, I have sent a dozen or so friends to your website ... Thanks!

The Monte Carlo Theater project not only required very attractive and effective monitor frames; the schedule was incredibly fast and furious. The TV art frame and the art itself look very good. However, all the pictures on their website are those of recessed TVs. When we surface mounted our TV with the new art/frame on our kitchen wall, it looked so weird. It was obvious that it wasn't regular art. It stuck out so much (despite a super low profile fixed mount) that it actually looked better before as a TV alone. This was an exterior wall that we ended up having to pay $4500 to get the TV recessed into it. Now it looks great, just like the pictures on their website. We are not happy with what we had to spend to make it look nice though. Had we known the TV art frame would look so bad surface mounted, we would have just kept the TV as is on the kitchen wall.

Deciding to go with FrameMyTv was the best choice in my new house.

This was actually the second company I used for TV mirror glass. I had a terrible experience twice (I know I know) and decided to try FrameMyTV. I could NOT have been happier! They called to make sure I used the right TV, verified my framing selections - really just the whole thing to make sure it was perfect.

Product arrived in perfect condition. The box didn't look so hot so I was concerned but their packaging literally saved their glass. The packaging was perfect.

Lastly, the install.... with the other company I had to have 3 techs verify it was assembled correctly. With Frame My TV, it was a completely mindless install. I almost felt bad for charging the client for it!!! 8 screws, a couple of pads and an IR repeater (WHICH WAS INCLUDED!!!!!!!!) and up it went.

I can't tell you how happy I was to find that IR repeater in the box. I didn't think about it before hand, and because it was there I didn't have to run to the store.

After that, they called to see how the install went. Who does that? Amazing customer service. And they didn't bug either, it was just one call. And she was oh so pleasant too.

If you're on the fence, you can step off. Top quality product and company, bottom line.

The idea is so cool. Looks just like a mirror until you turn the tv on. Absolutely helped us keep the tv from being the "center of attention."

Excellent customer support

The TV frame is excellent. It fits the recessed space exactly. It looks like a picture, you cannot tell it conceals the TV. The finish is very high quality. The name of the company is offputting, it sounds a cheap mass produced product but it is not. Each frame is hand made to a specific specification.

The staff are very helpful. I highly recommend this product.
