LEGAL ACTION TO BE TAKEN

This company has defrauded me of a lot of money, I have had to chase this issues for 3 months now. I have reported them to action fraud. The item that they send me had a different shade of colour and came in tight plastic wrap and bleed through fonts on the material send. An absolute joke and I will take them to court for selling me counterfeit goods labelled as the real deal if I do not get my money back.

Back and forth with these idiots for 2 weeks with them expecting me to pay a fee for return, how stupid do they think I am.

100% this is a scam company. Purchased a pair of Chanel glasses and from the off of opening the box I could see they were fake. Box was shoddy and not neat. Glasses were not in the case but in a plastic bag outside of the case, this is not how Chanel glasses arrive. There is no authenticity card and the glasses don't sit straight on the face or when laid out on a table. The glasses don't fit inside the box they came with so it won't close on them. The glasses are heavy, clunky and smell bad. The box also marks very easily when touched so I know these are fake. The plastic bag it came in has the name of a factory not connected with Chanel and there is no UVA/UVB stickers which is compulsory on all glasses. Emailed asap and the email is bogus, used the web form but I had no confirmation that it went through. Contacted the card company as this is a company selling counterfeit items for sure. Even the booklet that came with it looked cheap and not like the ones I have had in the past from this brand. FAKE FAKE FAKE

Very poor service sent totally wrong…

Very poor service sent totally wrong sunglasses I then had to pay £6.90 for track and trace to return wrong glasses took 15 days and 3 emails for them to just refund me for the cost of the sunglasses no refund for return item which was not ordered in the 1st place bad service all round would never use this company again.

Terrible service 😡 . I placed an order on 6th of December for £420 and payed the extra for express delivery which stated my parcel will be delivered on the 10th of December. My parcel did not arrive , the tracking number says it’s with Royal Mail I’ve been through Royal Mail and they don’t have my package . I’ve been back & fourth through email speaking to someone called Emma . They had me waiting a week telling me they are waiting on an update from the logistics team . After the first week of not hearing anything back I told them I’m cancelling my order . I got a email 2 days later on the 16th of December saying please wait another 3 to 4 days for delivery . It’s now the 22nd December and it’s still not arrived . I don’t believe my item will be arriving . This site is a scam !! Everyone be aware of this

DO NOT BUY!!! This company is a scam! I have just placed an order 16th Dec & I paid extra for express shipping (1-2days). I should have received my order today, instead I received an email stating that my item has been shipped and will arrive in another 2-3 days! I have paid over £200 for a service which so far has been awful & misleading with incorrect information. The email received is also worrying with a fake tracking link. When you enter the tracking number it automatically states your order does not exist. The number they have provided on their website is not valid. There are many fake reviews on this site but if you go further down you will see the reality. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have reported this company to the authorities as I don’t believe the stock they are selling is authentic. I have not received my order and I believe if it reaches me it will not meet my expectations.

Terrible Company

I have had to report this company to the FCA for failure to refund me for a returned pair of sunglasses even though there is proof of collection. Someone called Emma keeps replying back to me stating they are looking into it but it is clear Framesluxx have no intention of refunding me. Terrible company which should be investigated!

Please stay as far as the east is from the west, this website is fake and everything they’re selling is fake, if you return the item don’t expect a refund the number don’t work communicate is horrible, please stay away from this website please I have to report them to my bank

Absolutely dreadful customer service

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Took weeks to get the shipping address correct, only to ship the glasses to an address that does NOT receive USPS mail. I originally provided my PO box and they said they were unable to ship to a PO BOX, then proceeded to ship USPS. Three weeks later nothing but empty apologies and promises of the issue being "worked on". Don't waste your time, money, or emotional wellbeing here.

Purchased Chanel Sunglasses for £180 6…

Purchased Chanel Sunglasses for £180 6 weeks ago. returned them straight away as they did not fit, by recorded delivery to the address on the website. The package has been received as sent recorded. But refusing to give a refund and avoiding any contact. The phone number on the website doesnt work. I have been dealing with "an Emma" by email but she is avoiding answering. This is a Bogus Company and Harry Omar the sole director and 100% shareholder should be ashamed of himself as a young entrepreneur treating his customers in this way. It all feels very fraudulent.
