Superb customer service. I was able to provide feedback on the initial painting and adjustments were quickly implemented until I was satisfied. I even got a video of my painting coming to life. They followed through to ensure the painting arrived in good condition. Very responsive and attentive.

I had been looking for a painting and came across FrameTheWorld. I found a piece called “Tempest’s Heart”, but I wanted to make it truly personal — to reflect a life story. It’s a story about a boat trip I once took with my family through a storm. The communication through the app was excellent, allowing me to share my vision and ideas in detail. I was even able to request adjustments, which the artist incorporated beautifully to make the painting completely my own.

We recently purchased a large piece of artwork from Frametheworld. Sophie was our point of contact and was very helpful through out the whole process, from start to finish, and made it so easy.
We absolutely love the painting, of Snoopy’s Joyride, as it is beautifully painted and is so colourful. It will be displayed on the wall in our grandchildren’s bedroom, for them to enjoy.

Absolutely Love them!!! The whole shopping experience with Frametheworld was fantastic. Sophie is a real professional, she gave me all the support prior placing the order and with outstanding customer service (I have ordered some art available from the website, but with tailored measurements).
I have been updated on progress and delivery was smooth. Today I opened the parcel and I was speechless, absolutely in love with these unique pieces of art. Highly recommended and definitely will buy from them again. Such a shame I did not discover them before, but better later than never!

I initially contacted Frame the World using their WhatsApp chat and I must say communication has been excellent. I did ask a lot of questions to begin with as I was a bit worried about buying online, but we needn’t have been. Sophie has guided us through every step of the process and we were able to approve the painting before it was posted. Painting arrived promptly and we are so pleased with it. Would highly recommend. From the moment I ordered my painting the communication from Sophie was second to none , I asked for a few minor changes and the artist dealt with it quickly and effectively,then sending me a video to check everything was correct , which it was , I was then sent a tracking number so I knew where and how long before my painting was due to be delivered It arrived today packaged really well and exactly what I wanted even better when it was in front of me , absolutely thrilled I cannot fault this company at all , I fact I am looking to purchase more art work 👍
