I contacted Franck Boclet support regarding a serious issue with mismatched batch (LOT) codes on a bottle of Patchouli Eau de Parfum.
I politely asked whether this is possible for an original product or if it could indicate a packaging or authenticity problem.
I never received any response.
Ignoring customer concerns related to product authenticity is unacceptable, especially for a brand positioned as premium.
This complete lack of support and transparency resulted in a total loss of trust.
Very disappointing experience.
