I was super nervous after ordering some jeans online, then reading the trust pilot reviews. I made peace with not ever seeing my actual order ever arrive. I was wrong!! The order came about 1.5 weeks later and I LOVE the jeans. Very pleased and not sure why such mixed reviews. :/

Styles are not consistent in size; clothes are overpriced for the quality; delivery takes entirely too long; and customer service is completely abysmal. Tried to make a return for unworn merchandise with the tags still attached, and was refused due to an unknown timeline “window.” If you purchase online from here, beware.
Quality clothes!
I’m not sure why they are getting so many negative reviews. I ordered from them during a sale and everything came in as promised. The quality of the clothes are great and the shipping took no longer than a few days.
scam of a company
wish i had read these reviews before purchasing from them. i ordered $700+ worth of clothing from them and it never arrived at my house even though the package was marked as delivered. frank and oak told me to dispute with my credit card company, so i did. but then they have been contesting the dispute with my credit card company even though they told me to file the dispute after refusing to refund me or reship the items.
I wish I could give it a zero
I wish I could give it a zero. Horrendous customer service. The online customer rep was difficult to deal with but at least he put a note to let me exchange in store. The store associate refused to let me return for credit or exchange for other products when other sizes were not available, because the online customer rep leaving a note saying "exchanging for another size". Never buying from this brand again.
Low quality
I purchased a sweatshirt and a skirt, both have pilled quite badly. The quality does not match the price.

I really wish I read the Trustpilot reviews before I ordered from them lol. This was my first time (and probably the only time) purchasing from Frank & Oak. I ordered a coat on promotion and I was literally just informed (over two days after I placed my order) that the coat actually wasn't in stock. Incredibly disappointed. Thanks for your $5 worth of "loyalty" points to try and make up for it but it would've been better to have gotten the coat that I ordered.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Absolutely garbage customer service. They don't respond to emails, don't have a phone number and have a very narrow return window. Combined with their odd sizing, this is a recipe for frustration. Don't waste your money with this company. They do not care about consumers at all, they just want your $.

I finally got a reply from GoBolt saying they don’t have my box and it’s lost or stolen and to go get my money from Frank and Oak. They don’t respond via email or IG. Only an automated message. So frustrating! No phone number, no response.
item never received
I ordered and paid for a new winter coat from Frank & Oak. The coat was never delivered. Frank & Oak have refused to provide me with the item I ordered or a refund. I discovered that they did not insure the package (the value of the coat is ~$500), so the postal service will not allow a claim to be submitted about a missing delivery that was never insured. This is a massive oversight by Frank & Oak as a business. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with their customer service- I have heard back from them once every other week or so. I have never experienced so much difficulty in resolving what I thought was a straightforward issue.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order with Frank and oak on 12/1/23 and received an email from them on 12/6/23 stating that the order shipped, but the tracking never updated to show that it was shipped. Then on 12/11 the tracking was updated to state that the delivery was cancelled, but Frank and Oak never emailed me to tell me they had cancelled my order. I emailed customer service and they never responded. I messaged them on Instagram, and they never responded. I have had to contact my credit card company to get the funds back. I would not recommend purchasing from them, and I never will in the future.
Company is a scam
I do suspect this company is a bit of a scam. The reviews seem off, and there are numerous claims of the reviews being falsified on Reddit sites. The store claims they have quality items and charge for that, but the items aren’t good quality and it’s a farce. Their customer service is an even bigger issue. I purchased a pair of wool socks and within a week of wear, they started to get holes in them. I contacted customer service and they did not want to offer me a return or a refund and instead gave me a promo code. When I bought the socks, I also got one of their sea wool sweaters and after a few washes as per their instruction, it looked very stretched and pulled/worn. I gave them another chance by ordering the camp collar blouse. It looked great upon ordering but again, after a wash it went downhill. It shrunk a lot to the point of it being unwearable and is just a very poor quality shirt. Even though I was within the return window, Frank and Oak would not allow me to return for a refund and were quite dismissive of me. After I dug my heels in, they eventually agreed for a return for a credit. This is not what I wanted. If they are so high quality, why don’t you stand behind your products better? If you’re only offering credits, clearly you know your products are garbage and that you’re getting a large volume of people complaining about quality. It’s easier to return for quality issues to places like Zara and H&M…
No price adjustment and final sale is not fair!
Im a long time customer of Frank and Oak. I think they have some nice pieces. I usually wait for a crazy sale to buy a few items. I'm not a fan of "final sale" with any retailer. I think it's totally unfair and shouldn't be allowed. Nevertheless I took the risk on a few final sale items that were on sale. 2 days later I see that almost all the items I ordered went down in price even more. Their sale went from "up to 60% off " to 70%. I contacted customer service immediately and they refused a price adjustment. I'm deeply disappointed because I'm strained financially and literally only buy clothes when they're on a big sale and when I have a discount code. I don't think it's fair that they have it up to 60% off making it seem like it's a big sale then a day later it goes down in price even more! And no price adjustment due to their predatory policy! Cmon , treat your customers right! Totally unfair!

Terrible customer service and sketchy company
Terrible customer service. I spent a lot of time trying to find clothes for an upcoming work trip, and after I put in the order, I received a notification that my order was cancelled. I emailed them and the representative said that they have blockers in their system and I'd need to provide verification via social media, my email address, and phone number, etc. I provided all of the above and they completely ghosted me and my card is still charged. It is so strange and very frustrating. I would not trust this company.
I received a blouse as a gift
I received a blouse as a gift. It was NOT true to size — much too big (even though I did the sizing quiz) and because my husband ordered it more than two weeks before my birthday, the company would not accept a return. You’ve lost a customer! And I’ll be telling everyone I know about your shoddy customer service.
