Poor Packaging
Poor Packaging, it was loose/came in to big of a box and or not enough packing material in the box. Clipper blades were being bounced all over the shipping box and out of their original packaging.

We apologize for the slow shipping. We did see the order was placed on the 19th 1 item was on backorder, so the order didn't get put on the truck until the 21st. Service was good. I got my package in time. The only complaint I have is your website where you have to fill out the forms in order to set up for customer service. It could’ve been planned a lot better.

Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank…
Placed an order assuming it WAS Frank Rowe only to find PetEdge had bought the company. Clipper arrived w/o a charging cord. Dealt with very rude customer service rep who hung up on me, after she stated I would have to pay shipping to return item. Finally resolved issue, but beware. Stopped ordering from PetEdge years ago due to poor customer service, delayed shipping. Nothing has changed.

Andis AG Plus Clippers
We ordered andis ag plus clippers and the 3 3/4 blade to groom our goldendoodle. We haven't done this before but the clippers just glided through her coat. Made the job very easy. Blades didn't get hot. Clippers are nice to handle and use. Quick turn around from the time I ordered the clippers to when we got them.
