Quality inspection missed
I bought the shoes online and must admit that the turnaround was good, the shoes arrived professionally packed and so nothing wrong with the fulfilment process. Unfortunately, it was when I took the shoes out of the packaging that I noticed the left shoe had a bump just below the lace area caused by inaccurate stitching. Question I have is why this wasn't picked up by quality control? After all, these are R1800 shoes! So the ease of online shopping completely failed as I had to visit one of FOM's store to replace these with another pair.

A must know local brand!
Fantastic quality at an adequate price point. Delivery was quick even though the order was placed just after Christmas, bag was received by the 30th of December.

Great brand to purchase
I made the purchase as a gift, I had to ask for a new one from stock room and was not offered any wrapping service. I think the sales staff needs bit more "finishing touches" & training on products available as I wanted to buy a 2nd gift but did not as my questions could not be answered. Great brand, and the name speak for it self but after all the sales person does leave a good or bad impression, and to me it felt for him it was just a job!
