There is helpful hand

The experience I gained was remarkable customer service was very satisfactory
The staff where very knowledgeable polite and very understanding and supportive
They did not judge me, but clearly they did all they could to help me when I needed help the most
About a year ago i thought i was just sinking no one to turn to but luckily i was guided by a kind gentleman from customer services from a bank who gave me the No for Freeman Jones. Reluctant but finally I telephoned them and my situation was dealt with in confidence
I am very happy and I would recommend others who are in any financial difficulties to seek help, rest assure you will never be judged; matters in fact you will feel relieved once you have spoken to them.

Communication is awful

Communication is awful. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner and they ignore legitimate questions.

From the beginning to being accepted for our debt solution freeman jones and there respective team have both been understanding and fully informative of the correct solution for our need.

Professional understanding and supportive from the beginning to where we are now and also found a solution of which we did not think possible.

Everyone went the extra mile

Everyone was supportive and made me feel very relaxed when speaking on the phone for many of hours, they were all very professional with the way they went around their business.
It was a very long process very embarrassing at times but all done with the utmost respect to myself and mine unforeseen circumstances due to illness.

May I take this opportunity to thank all members of the team for their hard work and effort put into this situation.

Brilliant experience and peace of mind

I contacted Freeman Jones in the summer of 2019 as I was struggling to make payments to my creditors and needed help. They were understanding and helped me with an IVA which I could afford lasting 6 years. I have finally received my completion certificate today.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. As long as you stay up to date with sending them any payslips or documents they need you'll have a good experience here.
I had to pay additional monies (which I kept aside and paid in full at the end of my IVA). I was allowed to keep the first 10% of anything over my standard monthly wage with 50% of anything over that going into my IVA. This was made clear to me at the start so not a surprise as others may claim in their reviews. So bear this in mind when starting your IVA journey.
Customer service was always first class and I've got nothing but praise for the people who helped me.
For the first time in years I'm debt free and the feeling is fantastic.
Thank you Freeman Jones. I really appreciate all the help and peace of mind you'll given me throughout this journey.
