The representatives where very polite and considerate when attending to me. They didn't make me feel inferior of my debts . They explained every step to my understanding.

Very easy to navigate options help is available all the way everyone I dealt with was compassionate polite helpful and has made such a difference to my mental health knowing I no longer have to struggle financially

About a year ago i thought i was just sinking no one to turn to but luckily i was guided by a kind gentleman from customer services from a bank who gave me the No for Freeman Jones. Reluctant but finally I telephoned them and my situation was dealt with in confidence

Communication is awful. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner and they ignore legitimate questions.

I contacted Freeman Jones in the summer of 2019 as I was struggling to make payments to my creditors and needed help. They were understanding and helped me with an IVA which I could afford lasting 6 years. I have finally received my completion certificate today.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. As long as you stay up to date with sending them any payslips or documents they need you'll have a good experience here.
I had to pay additional monies (which I kept aside and paid in full at the end of my IVA). I was allowed to keep the first 10% of anything over my standard monthly wage with 50% of anything over that going into my IVA. This was made clear to me at the start so not a surprise as others may claim in their reviews. So bear this in mind when starting your IVA journey.
Customer service was always first class and I've got nothing but praise for the people who helped me.
For the first time in years I'm debt free and the feeling is fantastic.
