Used these guys twice now for two broken humax boxes. Excellent communication very honest and reliable. Reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Will not use anyone else. Highly recommended!

Awful Experience. NEVER SHOP HERE
Ordered an SSD from this company 0n 200326, dispatched on 270326. Still not arrived. Tracking (Royal Mail) states 'were expecting it' . Followed up with Freesat spares on 040426 and was advised they would resend. No tracking link sent. Still not arrived. They are now blaming their courier (Royal Mail) and have cancelled my order. My freesat box is now bricked. Clearly dont care. 'We Love our Customers' they say. Avoid like the plague.

Machine arrived as stated and was easy…
Machine arrived as stated and was easy to set up. The only issue was with the hdmi cable which was faulty. Machine has worked very well so far.

Really good service
Really good service. Had a faulty Humax unit which was repaired over the Christmas period at a great price. Highly recommended.

I placed an online order and was pleasantly surprised as the item was shipped much sooner than expected. The only hold-up was that Royal Mail took two days to pick it up. The packaging was excellent, and it included all the tools needed to get the task done. Replacing the drive only took about 10 minutes and was far more cost-effective than buying a new unit.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Very clear instructions on the procedure to getting our Freesat box repaired. The speed of diagnosis was a couple of days and the box was returned back to us within a week.
Very impressed.

Fast dispatch and quickly installed.
Ordered online and the item was dispatched far quicker than the projected delivery timings. Only delayed as Royal Mail took 48 hours to collect. Item was well packaged and came with the necessary tools to do the job. Took at total of 10 minutes to replace the drive. Much cheaper than replacing the whole unit.
