I’m going be ordering things anyhow. This site helps me save money.which even makes my wife happy. I earned enough in this single month to cover the cost of free freeshipping for the entire year. So everything I earn for the other 11 months is profits. I had a few orders that didn’t automatically give me my 10%. It took one email and my credit was there. So excellent Customerservice.and I no longer get a different product rather then the one I actually want because of shipping costs. So I will continue to use the program!

I have two concerns that you need to know: 1) the length of time it takes for cash back to be put in the savings account, and 2) the flat $10 reimbursement rate. I believe that that should be increased especially since postage rates have gone up significantly. More importantly is that a monthly fee is incurred for this offer, but we should be able to at least break even.

Scam! Do not sign up. It was listed as a delivery rebate on a reputable floral website I was buying an arrangement on. I went through the registration, it charged me $2 for the trial on PayPal but wouldn’t give me the delivery fee rebate eventhough it clearly said on THIS order.An error came up that couldn’t process the rebate promptinfg me to call customer service. I called the number on the error message and first they tried telling me I never was charged the $2, so my membership wasn’t active. I asked for a supervisor and had my PayPal account open and was able to prove that was wrong. They apologized and said account is active, but you won’t get money back on your current order. Saying “you don’t get a rebate on the purchase you’re making, it’s usually on the next purchase when you sign up.” How could a supervisor not know the terms of service and online ads that generate registrations? I signed up because there was a link for a rebate on the current order that I was in the middle of processing. My mistake for believing - too good to be true!

I am not getting my earned cashback. I keep having to call every month and then search and email receipts to get the correct compensation. I keep getting people who can't seem to do anything about the problem, and then the can gets kicked down the road to someone who will email back or call back, even if I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor. Considering that we have to pay monthly for this service, it is unacceptable to keep getting the run-around like this month after month, year after year.

I just now caught the $2.00 charge on my debit card. I tried to log into freeshipping.com's web-site. They don't recognize my email. No wonder because I never signed up for this scam. I see where they will attempt to charge me $19 next month. It'll never happen. I see some retailers have this company and that's how they scam your information. Most people don't notice it for months. Wow what a business model. Deceptively scamming people out of money. I am writing to all of the companies using this scam company. I don't know how much freeshipping kicks back to them. I intend to find out. I never ordered anything I still do not know how they got my info. They do not have 5 star reviews. Anyone can tell the fake reviews. Also, BBB scams is onto this company.
