Bad people alert!

After years together in Sept they decided to close our contract cause I didn’t earn anymore enough money to stay with them. They told me that if I didn’t leave they took all the money for the fee cause the minimum now was 5000 dollars (amount that was not in the contract) Really a scam, don’t work with them are really bad people.

The free star requirement for withdraw al stated i needed to refer 10 people, I referred 8 people but number of referrals was showing only 6. why?

I applied for a withdrawal yesterday and they say my application must be assessed by third parties so how long before payout ?

Update its been 36 hours still no pay out they said 24 😐

Big no to freestar

Their sales guy has wasted my 1 month. As asked by him, I terminated my contract with previous vendor and this guy fooled me.

this was a big loss in terms of revenue

Incredible company & great revenue

Freestar has been an absolute game-changer for my site deepai.org . Their support is top-notch - always fast to respond and get right to the point on solving issues. Within just a few weeks of partnering with them, my ad revenue rocketed way past what I was making with AdSense.

These guys really know their stuff when it comes to thoughtfully monetizing a site without compromising the user experience. Freestar is a great new partner

We've been working with Freestar for about 5 months and have been very impressed with their approach and attention to our business. Even though we aren't a huge publisher, they make us feel like one. Ad revenue has improved about about 25% month over month and we've have no complaints from customers about malware or other "bad" ads. If we have any concerns, they are addressed immediatelty.

Twenty-five Years in the Field

Twenty-five years in the field, and we've worked with FastClick, Burst Media, SEVERAL more, and were even part of AdSense – when they were in beta testing! A few years ago, we reluctantly left Google, who continuously raised their fees, and we began working with FreeStar. We literally more than quadrupled our revenue received, and experienced some of the best customer service possible. Do we worry a little? Yes, because they have grown from a small incredibly focused company where the focus felt like it was totally publisher related, to an incredibly fast growing organization with more moving parts, but to date, they remain the best absolute ad-publishing company we have ever worked with.

Exceptional Team and Results

Having worked in digital marketing for 20+ years, Freestar is among the finest partners I have had to pleasure to work with, programmatic advertising or otherwise. Their market experience and knowledge is extensive and technology world class. They were consultative and highly service oriented at every step from initial contact through proposal and a smooth implementation. I found each member of their team to be excellent at their craft, highly responsive and dedicated to ensuring our success. They were accurate in their revenue forecast expectations with us and flexible and responsive to meeting our specific objectives and needs. Complicated and less revenue than AdSense

Freestar looked like a serious competitor with several page contract to sign before the on-boarding process started.
But the first red flag was actually their contract. It is a 12 month lock-in contract. For a whole year you are only allowed to show Freestar ads, no matter how bad they are doing. And if you do not cancel the contract in time you are locked-in for another 12 months.

Then the on-boarding process was one of the most time consuming on-boarding processes I've tried (I've tried about 20-30 ad networks during the last 15 years).
Their knowledge about ad placement was incredible bad, it took them more than a week to get the sticky side ads to work. They spent that week trying to come up with their own solution to sticky side placement that was already on our site (and that solution was emailed them several times during that week). In the end they ended up using our current solution, but of course they tried to take credit for that idea themself.
When the ad placement was done their ads had to be on the site for a month for the on-boarding process to complete.
During that month the ad revenue was lower than what we got from AdSense, we were promised a big increase from AdSense. Freestar was informed about this, but got no response from them.
After a month with their on-boarding process, I got an e-mail from Freestar saying that the contract was no longer valid because the on-boarding process was not completed properly. I e-mailed all my contacts that this was strange that I got blamed, when they could not get it to work. But I'm still waiting for a reply from them.
(I might have deleted their ads before the contract was cancelled, because we were making more money from AdSense and the issue was not addressed by Freestar.)

Also their scripts totally messed up our Analytics, and when they where told this they tried to blame it on bots.

Freestar helped us earn more from our website than any other company we've worked with so far. We've managed our ad ops ourselves and used a few other agencies. Freestar has been the best so far.

The company itself is a legit company. However, many scammers use their name and try to get freelancers to make upfront deposit payments or other forms of payment. PLEASE BE AWARE!
