After years together in Sept they decided to close our contract cause I didn’t earn anymore enough money to stay with them. They told me that if I didn’t leave they took all the money for the fee cause the minimum now was 5000 dollars (amount that was not in the contract) Really a scam, don’t work with them are really bad people.
My question is are u giving money or is just for advertisement
The free star requirement for withdraw al stated i needed to refer 10 people, I referred 8 people but number of referrals was showing only 6. why?

Twenty-five years in the field, and we've worked with FastClick, Burst Media, SEVERAL more, and were even part of AdSense – when they were in beta testing! A few years ago, we reluctantly left Google, who continuously raised their fees, and we began working with FreeStar. Having worked in digital marketing for 20+ years, Freestar is among the finest partners I have had to pleasure to work with, programmatic advertising or otherwise. Freestar looked like a serious competitor with several page contract to sign before the on-boarding process started.
But the first red flag was actually their contract. It is a 12 month lock-in contract. For a whole year you are only allowed to show Freestar ads, no matter how bad they are doing. And if you do not cancel the contract in time you are locked-in for another 12 months.
Then the on-boarding process was one of the most time consuming on-boarding processes I've tried (I've tried about 20-30 ad networks during the last 15 years).
Their knowledge about ad placement was incredible bad, it took them more than a week to get the sticky side ads to work. They spent that week trying to come up with their own solution to sticky side placement that was already on our site (and that solution was emailed them several times during that week). In the end they ended up using our current solution, but of course they tried to take credit for that idea themself.
When the ad placement was done their ads had to be on the site for a month for the on-boarding process to complete.
During that month the ad revenue was lower than what we got from AdSense, we were promised a big increase from AdSense. Freestar was informed about this, but got no response from them.
After a month with their on-boarding process, I got an e-mail from Freestar saying that the contract was no longer valid because the on-boarding process was not completed properly. I e-mailed all my contacts that this was strange that I got blamed, when they could not get it to work. But I'm still waiting for a reply from them.
(I might have deleted their ads before the contract was cancelled, because we were making more money from AdSense and the issue was not addressed by Freestar.)
Also their scripts totally messed up our Analytics, and when they where told this they tried to blame it on bots.

The company itself is a legit company. However, many scammers use their name and try to get freelancers to make upfront deposit payments or other forms of payment. PLEASE BE AWARE!
