Was so excited to try this and was hoping to drink one every day. However, they are not nice to drink 😞. Will have to try them with cooking but that means it won't be an every day thing. Shame!

I find the Freja broths great as additions to my quickly prepared meals. I like the taste, both as a drink and as convenient additions to fresh food. To those that use the Yuka App you will find that Frejafoods come up as top class for the provision of the stuff to use in your diet. I also find the customer service to be efficient and also top class. Highly recommended.

Not a huge issue but I wasn't made aware of the the known delay at the time of placing my order. If I'd known, I could have ordered an alternative elsewhere as I was purchasing when I was under the weather with stomach issues and required this to aid my recovery.
Such a shame as broth is of good quality but in future I will be making my own so I can control when I receive it.

Having tried the vanilla protein shakes I’ve decided to change to the plain shakes as I feel this will give me more variety in how I take them eg in coffee/tea. I also wanted to change my delivery period from 4 weeks to 3 weeks as I was running out before 4 weeks. A quick email sent to Freja resulted in a change of flavour and delivery time within 24hours. Really flexible and reliable service that has helped in my decision to return to Freja

I had an issue with my discount code, I popped a note to their customer service on Sunday afternoon and had a reply the same evening with a personalised code which worked. We love Freja’s liquid and dried bone broths for soups and stews, great depth of flavour and goodness.

What a shame. The bone broth is lovely and after trying it from a supermarket, I went and spent £40 on a big, half price order on the 25th February. It's now the 8th March and the order still hasn't arrived. The large family meal, where I was going to use a few cartons of the broth to make a huge chicken, butter bean and leek stew has come and gone. I have sent a good number of emails to the only apparent email address they have (hello@frejafoods) and also messaged via their Instagram page, but I have had absolutely no response.
The post order email did state, "Due to exceptionally high demand, some orders may take up to 5 days to arrive." - but we are now on 11 days, so clearly this is false promises; even the worst case scenario of 5 days is way, way off reality.
I'm not sure what's worse; not receiving the £40 bundle, or being completely ignored.
What a let down. Still no sign of the order.

The product is excellent. Wholesome, natural and very flavourful. I personally have had difficulty finding subscription reminders so that my unconfirmed orders arrive without warning. However, the help I have received from Evie on the chat line has been very good
