French Touch Travel Avis 

French Touch worked as a partner in developing an itinerary to match the interests of our family of five with three kids in their 20's. Alexia and her team listened to our focus and developed a plan that met our objectives. They found terrific hotels that were centrally located for walking and the use of public transportation. The itinerary was a mix of churches, palaces, food, river experiences, football and WWII sites (Normandy and Churchill). The details were considered and planned before we left home which allowed us to experience each day "one the ground" seamlessly. Alexia and her team were available and responsive to answer any unexpected questions or changes while we were away. We would highly recommend French Touch for planning holidays in Europe.

I had an excellent experience working with French Touch Travel. After listening to my interests they created multiple itineraries, which we then refined to what turned out to be a perfect trip. We started in Paris, then traveled to Epernay and lastly Marseilles. In hindsight it may have been better to start in Marseilles and then travel back to the US from Paris, but this is a minor detail. All of our guides were wonderful, drivers were always on time (despite airline and train delays), experiences and hotels were great. French Touch Travel was also available at all times via phone or the "Trip Plans" app. I very much recommend working with French Touch Travel and if I am lucky enough to return to France at some point will work with them again.

Our hotel was great and great location. Staff very helpful with breakfast to go on last day. Very helpful with recommendations for dinner. Our guide Joan for the winery region tour was exceptional at his job . Caroline, our guide for the tapas tour did an excellent job and we had a very good time . All in all, everything was great and done as it should have been.

First time using French Touch Travel, from start to finish they were great. From the early moments of designing the trip, Keji was really great, attentive and helped design a great experience. She was super easy to speak with and bounce ideas off of. Olivia helped book the trip and provided service prior and during the trip. Always checking in and making sure we were having a great time. I would highly recommend using. We’ve already booked two more trips with them. Thank you!

We had a magnificent 3 weeks in Spain & France, and everything was exactly as initially discussed and requested of French Touch Tour. Their Travel App was a fabulous tool, providing every daily detail of the trip, timeframes, google maps etc. at our fingertips 24/7 with them updating any changes automatically if any details changed. i.e. flight/gate changes, personal Driver's names, pickup times etc. The simplicity of being able to send a quick chat or call thru the App whenever a question or problem arose was reassuring. Their lodging options were very nice with great Breakfasts while conveniently located near sites of interest. We did unexpectedly request a lodging change one night due to a construction issue outside the hotel and they promptly arranged other lodging without any hassles for us. We loved all the arranged mini tours (only 6-8 people) plus the freedom of coming and going on this trip w/o being on the timeline of an organized group tour. The guides for all our mini tours were exceptional making the tours so informative and fun. French Touch's arranging of private transportation to and from airports and train stations was wonderful, all the drivers were extremely social and conversational answering questions while also providing highlights while transporting us about.

Some Suggestions:
- Audio guides in the museums were difficult to follow for us (maybe due to our age & lack of technology) - we wished we would have asked for personal guides.
- We would have preferred an overnight train from Barcelona to Paris rather than flying.

In Conclusion:
Tenley and Alexia from French Touch Travel did an outstanding job of planning our trip and making sure it was a wonderful experience!

French Touch Travel (our representative’s were Olivia and Tenley) was fantastic! They were easy to work with and put together a fantastic plan for my wife and I. They were very supportive and and everything went off perfectly. Their guides and drivers were fantastic! We especially loved the website!

We had a wonderful experience in France. Our guides were superb - amazing knowledge that brought everything to life. The hotels - especially Bayeux - were great. We especially appreciated you overseeing things as we went along - cheese and wine tray in Paris was a lovely surprise. Thank you for all your help in making our trip memorable.

Thank you to Olivia at "French Touch Travel" for orchestrating such a wonderful trip for my family and I to London and Paris. This was our first time traveling to Europe and it was a great adventure! Olivia was very instrumental from the very beginning (about 8 months prior to travel) with providing key travel information/recommendations and a very detailed daily itinerary including sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. The app that we utilized during our trip was excellent in that everything was at our fingertips - itinerary, tickets, maps, messaging with Olivia, etc. The trip began with an unexpected illness on our first day in London, but Olivia promptly assisted with rescheduling our walking city tour with Sean - who was great - and getting us back on track. Afternoon Tea at the Ritz and the "Mrs. Doubtfire" play were the highlights in London.

Our journey in Paris began with a very enlightening Black/Jazz History Tour with our walking tour guide Maeva, who was absolutely terrific! Her knowledge and up-beat personality (especially with the kids) was absolutely remarkable. We learned a lot about some very famous Black Americans (e.g., Josephine Baker, Miles Davis, etc.) and enjoyed our first authentic French crepes during our walking tour - but definitely weren't our last in Paris! One of the key sights we wanted to see in Paris was Notre Dame since it's reopening. Tickets are difficult to obtain, but Olivia was able to secure tickets at the last minute and called us to make sure that we would be able to make it. We saw so many wonderful sights in such a seemingly short period of time in London and Paris (e.g., the Elizabeth Tower aka Big Ben, London Bridge, Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Eiffel Tower, etc.) to include a day trip to Walt Disney Studios and Disneyland Paris. The trip could not have ended more perfectly with an evening dinner cruise on the Seine with breathtaking views of a lit and sparkling Eiffel Tower. Seeing the Statue of Liberty (which we did not know existed in Paris) next to the Eiffel Tower at night was absolutely breathtaking.

This was my first time utilizing a travel agency for any trip. I know for sure that should we take another trip to Europe I will definitely contact Olivia @ French Touch Travel to assist with travel plans. Merci Beaucoup Olivia for helping to make this a family vacation that we will be talking about for years to come!

The team at FTT was great. They all worked together to make sure my family had a wonderful experience. Anytime adjustments were needed they were quick to communicate and ensure everything went seamless. The trip had something for everyone and their recommendations were spot on. I can't say enough about how easy the experience was and how they made sure all I had to do was relax and enjoy the trip.

Alexia was so easy and wonderful to work with. We went through a few iterations of the itinerary and she was flexible and had lots of ideas and suggestions. The final itinerary was perfectly tailored to our family.
Once there, we found the app so easy to use and helpful. They provided easy to follow directions to each location, every driver or tour guide's name and number were listed and confirmed and each one reached out to personally confirm with us on the day of the tours. Tickets were all easy to access via the app so if we left paper versions in the hotel, no problem! Also, the team was super responsive. We had a train delay and they responded immediately with guidance and alternatives.
The recommended hotels fit us perfectly. The guides were all exceptional - knowledgeable, engaging and made the kids laugh.
I can't imagine planning or executing this trip on my own. Alexia and her team truly organized and helped execute a trip I know my family will remember for a lifetime.

The trip that was planned for us was exactly what we requested. It was very well planned out and was seamless. Every detail was listed out for us, including how long it would take to get to our destinations by foot, vehicle or public transportation. Olivia, our agent, was incredibly responsive and made any requested change immediately. She was available by text at all times and very resourceful. The app that was used was very easy to use and had a text feature that we could all see and reply to. I would highly recommend Olivia and Zicasso. This is our third time using Zicasso and we have been extremely happy with them on each trip.

Our trip was superb from start to finish. The French Touch (FT) team not only coordinated transfers, lodging and tours in Nice and Antibes for our group of 15, they secured tickets to the jazz festival in Antibes, chose a lovely hotel in walking distance of venue and made restaurant & spa reservations. They sprung into action to adjust airport transfers when flights were late/changed. FT helped us customize the trip and the tour guides and destinations they selected were top notch. During the trip, FT was available to answer questions via group chat. The Trip Plans app was great so everyone had the itinerary and tickets at their fingertips and the group chat feature helped us communicate. We had an added treat since a FT representative joined us for part of the trip and helped us navigate and make some last minute customizations. FT was responsive throughout the entire process. Everyone was thrilled with the FT experience and impressing 15 seasoned travelers is no small feat.
