Ordered steps for my dogs and after waiting three weeks, what arrived was cheaply made cover and “stairs” that looked nothing like the photo. Way too small and not as pictured. Will return.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered something they didn’t not attempt to respond to my emails. Once I read reviews I knew they were not going to even attempt to send out my item. 3 months later no item. Not sure how they are even a company. Don’t waste your time.

The worse experience with the cheap products and awful customer service

I spent 200 dollars on 6 items and just 1 item was useful , the rest was sent to the trash right away as they don't do refunds

Scam, scam, scam!! My order did not come, wrote to them many, many times and did not receive any answer. We need to do something!!

Product never received and communication stopped when asked about delivery times. If I could leave no starts I would.

Ordered two life jackets for frenchies in August.... and never received. After continually chasing they admitted lost in transport and have promised refund.... which has never been received so I have now had to report to the bank as a fraudulent transaction. Cant comment on customer service as THERE IS NONE!

Need legal class action against Frenchie.world, purchased 2 items, never received, over $50, can’t contact them, , no product.😡😡😡😡😡

Do not use this company. They took my payment and I never received the goods. They said they had been lost in transit and I would be refunded but have never been refunded and they now ignore any emails I send.

Total scam. As with many other reviews that I have seen, two months after my order, I was told that my items were "lost in transit," and would be delivered in "10-15 days." It has been another three months (a total of five months), and the two Frenchie harnesses that I ordered have not been delivered, and are obviously never going to be delivered. Do not use this site.

Not a real site. I hope you read this before you make a purchase. Items were purchased 2 months ago, June 2022, and no merchandise was ever sent.

Don’t buy its a scam. Contacted my credit card service to get my money back.
They send you over and over again the same emails. And they won’t give you anny track&trace code..

I have the SAME review as everyone else. Total SCAM. After 30+ days, they said my items were "lost" and offered a refund. After reading these reviews, I reached out to my credit card company and reported them so I can get my $ back. Its too bad. I also reported to instagram scam and numerous other online avenues.

Ordered dog harness which didn’t arrive. After 2 months was told it was on it’s way. Still did not arrive. After 3 months was told it was lost in transit and they would issue a refund….
Still no refund and they are now choosing to ignore my e mails
Terrible website. They take your money straight away and you don’t receive your goods….

Total scam! I’ve been waiting since April for my order, several emails after chasing they inform me it had been lost in transit and was promised a refund. To date I have not received it and they no longer answer my emails.

I have been waiting since April for my order which didn’t arrive so I asked for a refund which still hasn’t arrived and they have now stopped answering my emails - they need to be closed down!!!!

This company took my money and never provided me my product. I've contacted them via email multiple times all they say is wait 5-7 more days. It's a scam and they did not refund me after almost 8 weeks. Do not buy!!!

Absolutely awful customer service!

Purchased an item on the 1st April, chased for over a month as no tracking information could be provided, to only then be told it had been lost and replacement would be sent. Fair enough these things happen, so i trusted them to send another and again requested tracking information, this was not provided and then i get an email to say that they can not fulfil the order.

I requested a refund beginning of May and I am still waiting for my refund, but but I'm not able to get an update as they are not responding to my emails

So disappointed as previous purchases went well with the exception of ridiculously long delivery periods after taking our money

I have to say I wont be purchasing items from Frenchie World again nor recommending them

Frenchie World is a company selling cheap garbage from China. For a month they have promised tracking information and sent nothing yet they took my money.

Their customer service number does take calls they only respond by email IF they respond at all.

DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE LIARS FRENCHIE WORLD WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!
