Wonderful Shop

Helpful team who goes beyond to Christmas happen
Ordered a Christmas pressie and card for my partner (I'm in Singapore; he's currently in Brentwood). Lin and her team was very helpful and more than willing to get prepare and deliver them in a short notice. Conversation all took place online - and it was perfect gift! They help to write a beautiful message in card. Michael got them just before Christmas (in less than 24 hours).
Thank you very much - you help to ensure he got a little something for Christmas from me; albeit he's far from home.

Brilliant service!
Brilliant service, both in-store and online. I had popped in with my family and was alerted to the fact they have a website while in there, which I wasn't aware of, so I actually bought online and then picked up from store.
They're really lovely in the store and also called me to say it was ready, even though I had an email and when I was in the store, there was a bit of a queue, but the lady behind the counter realised I was there to pick up and grabbed it in between serving.
Just a really lovely shop and good old fashioned customer service with a human touch - it's quite nice to visit a shop where you can tell they enjoy what they do. Defo hit up the shops on Crown Street as they give you better service than all the bigger shops who don't seem to value customers as much.
Repeat shopper here!
