Avoid this company. They don't seem to accept returns. They are just ignoring my emails. Very poor customer service

Best price for Helm Compact 1
Best price for Helm Compact 1 and Groundsheet online, my only gripe is shipping, there is no option for DPD or other couriers, only Royal Mail, which I have always found temperamental. I would recommend and use again but look forward to more shipping options eventually

DO NOT SHOP HERE.
This company are not providing me with a refund for a returned item (£44.99) and are not answering my e mails. I followed their returns procedure to the letter. It looks as if I shall have to start a case with Paypal. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I am not able to give them no stars but would do this if I could. I have read the other reviews, all excellent and all remarkably similar, I think possibly the company are writing their own reviews themselves.
