I ordered a Wolfskin fleece. Was a bit unsure as never heard of this company before. It was unfounded as the order was confirmed immediately by e-mail with a tracking number. And it arrived 2 days later. Very impressed, and I would order from this company again.

You won't find a shop with better customer service than Fresh Air Junkie.
Excellent customer service, very good discounts and an efficient service from start to finish. I ordered a Terra Nova Voyager Tent from Fresh Air Junkie, and the despatch of the item was swift. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the delivery, and the parcel was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. I emailed Simon at Fresh Air Junkie and he sorted the problem out for me. I couldn't recommend Fresh Air Junkie highly enough.

Ordered a jacket from Freshairjunkie.co.uk, after not too long there was a manufacturing defect, which was no fault of Freshairjunkie.co.uk's, but they went the extra mile to make sure the issue was resolved as quicky as possible and it soon was.
Can't recommend the website and customer service enough. 10/10.
