My order was placed on May 6th, I got the tracking number on the 7th, I waited an entire week (I paid for shipping too) and they never even shipped it. USPS said "Label created, USPS awaiting item". I emailed them twice, and received no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and got my refund. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY! These people should be shut down.
Shipping label was created May 5th. It is now May 13th and USPS has STILL not received my package. I tried to email their customer support and was met with CRICKETS. No matter if I receive the package or HOPEFULLY get a refund I will never order from this company again.
First time ordering there products and I’m very disappointed in this company but yet they hold a 5 star rating at the bbb but they should be the worst rated there as well as here but the thing is I ordered my product and shipping label is created but no movement what so ever it’s been six days since I ordered and they have had plenty of time to ship the product out as well the time line was in due process of the Gide lines as posted on said companies website but yet they do not hold up there end of there bargain of there so called 5 star company you all should just change your name to late bros not fresh bros because time I get my product it will be so dry then a welfare puss😂😂😂😂
Extremely late shipping. I was trying to cancel the order the whole time because I had a really bad feeling about it. I had it shipped to my post office Mailbox box. Box was opened and all contents stolen. $200 worth of product. Product was definitely stolen either by a postal employee or a fresh bros employee. Fresbros is now ghosting me.
Everytime I've ordered except maybe 2 times I've had issues with something late delivery charging value prices for clearance they just pulled off the stem abd cleaned up little better. This time around I've bought from them about a dozen times I put my order in last Monday before sun up today is Tuesday 8 days later and it never shipped asked for a refund since they violated there own shipping policy tried to do it through my card but because fresh bros has my info they want to disable my card and my payday is tomorrow. I honestly feel very disrespected by this company. If they are not going to do a refund at all send me my.packagethis is bs I should get another ounce just for the wait.
Shipping 7 days after a label was created, not 3-5 as advertised. No way to contact this company, no response to emails or messages. Advertised price does not match up.
Been 7 business days, label was created but nothing has arrived at the post office. Contacted customer service yesterday they said it would ship out today still hasn’t shipped so if you want THCA shop somewhere else wish I would have read the reviews beforehand will be making a chargeback on my credit card as they say they will only give store credit if you didn’t send my $1000 order the first time then why the hell would you think I would want store credit I want my damn money back. Scam, order at your own risk
Kenny at Fresh Bros is the voted best staff man in the USA 🇺🇸 and their products are very nice 😊 you won’t find a more honest business.
Been 10 days of shipping label created and nothing past that. Emailed them multiple times and they keep making excuses and even lied and said it had shipped. Which was not true. Stay away.
This is by far the worst company I've ever came across! They basically lied to me my order still in limbo still preparing label and it's been almost two weeks! First they tell me that it'll be on my doorstep by Tuesday or Wednesday now they're telling me that they're stock is low and then I'm going to have it shipped out soon they keep lying to me!
Do not waste your time or your money with this company their false prophets...
