Don’t use awful experience

Used fresh cleans for the first time today for an end of tenancy clean. Very impressed, every room was spotless and the flat smelt amazing. The team were punctual and I felt comfortable leaving them to complete the clean, highly recommend.

We have been using Fresh Cleans for our office cleaning needs, and they've been absolutely fantastic! The cleaner does a great job ensuring the office is clean and well-maintained, leaving our workspace feeling fresh.

While we're happy overall, there's an opportunity to enhance their service by improving responses from the admin team and ensuring timeliness.

We appreciate their hard work and look forward to continuing to work with them.

We had one cleaner that wasn't very good so asked Fresh Cleans to provide another one in the next clean.

It was even worse! Putting it simply: The cleaner didn't clean the house. Well, yes for some parts but not for others.

For example, she cleaned the inside of the shower box but the outside was still completely dirty on the floor.

In the kitchen, she did not even touch the hob. There were a couple of pans on top - which might be the reason she missed it, but it is not an excuse. When I lifted it was as dirty as it gets after cooking.

There are several surfaces around the house that were left still with dust on.

She seems like a nice and kind person. She also communicates very well. But she obviously has no attention to detail! She was also 15 minutes late, which would have been ok had she done a great job at cleaning... which unfortunately wasn't the case.

It is a shame. Fresh Cleans has good customer service from Candice, but it is severely let down by the low quality of the cleaners.

My advice: provide training and supervision to your cleaners. They are letting you down massively!

I wish I would have read the Trust Pilot reviews before booking the cleaning services.
Service was original booked for Monday afternoon. They called to inform due to car break down we need to reschedule to Wednesday.
I have been waiting today( and also called to check the whereabouts), but nobody came for the booked service. No one even bothered to call me back to inform/update.
This is my first time trying your services, and I am highly disappointed.

Please refund my money immediately. I don't think you have the capability to provide good service.

This is worst ever I experienced, never go with this agency, they will ask 40% advance and then send some random person to clean who does not have experience in cleaning. And if you have paid money and found that there are so many things left out, they will not send to clean again because you have already paid the amount. Never ever use this agency. I loose my money but you can save.

STAY CLEAR!!! I wouldn't even go so far as to rate it 1 star. I paid a 30 pound deposit for an oven clean and instead I got a handyman turn up with a bottle of Cillit bang and a pair of rubber gloves. He showed up 2 hours late and had never cleaned an oven in his life. I felt sorry for him so I sent him home after 20 minutes. When I called the following day expecting my deposit back the way I was spoken to was appalling. Whoever i spoke to stated 'I called him up crying' and to email head office. I didn't receive any money back. I would not recommend these to anyone. The most disgusting customer service any company can ever offer. Ought to be ashamed of themselves.

had a clean booked in and no one turned up, it was time sensitive relating to a deposit and we didn't even receive a call to say no one was coming. would not use ever.

I am the owner of SM Cleaners. I received a text at midnight on the 27th asking for help because a cleaner had cancelled on them. I responded at 7am and rearranged an entire morning of work to help their situation. Apon arrival, we where 20 min later than we said. They cancelled. NOT Amused......

I hired a cleaning service with this company because I needed to leave my apartment and my landlord required it, the cleaner hit the TV with the vacuum cleaner and broke the glass, I was with the cleaner at the time it happened, I took photos and made a complaint, The manager of the company told me that he was going to investigate it and it has been 3 weeks and they no longer answer my emails or calls, it is the most disappointing thing I have ever seen, please stay away from this company, they are scammers and some irresponsible

This company can’t improve, is the most disappointing company ever see, customer service is a joke, don’t expect they will do a good job, they are scammed, please save your money

£175 for 5 hours of cleaning and my flat is even dirtier than before

Very bad company. They didn’t clean my flat after I’ve paid £175. They stopped replying my emails. Please, don’t contact them

The cleaner arrived 15 mins early, listened to all my instructions about what needed cleaning, and did an excellent job. I will be hiring Fresh Cleans again on a regular basis.

My experience with this cleaning company was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against booking with them. Initially, I hired them for a 3-hour session to tackle specific tasks: cleaning the refrigerator, window panes, and oven. However, after further discussion, we extended it to 5 hours to include additional cleaning like dusting and removing cobwebs throughout the house. Unfortunately, the cleaner they sent was not up to the task. He arrived with used rags and minimal cleaning supplies, even asking to borrow a vacuum cleaner. After about 2 hours of work, it became evident that he was not effectively cleaning hard-to-reach areas and was unresponsive to our requests. Despite our dissatisfaction, he seemed intent on completing the full 5 hours rather than providing quality service. Eventually, we had to contact the cleaning company to request his departure. It took considerable effort to convince them of the subpar service provided(2 hours to call them and explain them about the dissatisfaction). To add insult to injury, they charged my card without my explicit approval, billing me for the full 5 hours despite the unsatisfactory outcome. This blatant dishonesty led me to dispute the transaction with my bank. I utilized their service on March 5th, 2024, and while I've been vocal about my dissatisfaction elsewhere, I wanted to ensure my experience was documented here as a cautionary tale. Beware of engaging their services.

Cleaning experience OK but cleaner arrived over 2hrs late.

A mixed experience. The cleaner arrived 15 minutes late and then spent one hour cleaning for only cleaning 20 square meters of hard kitchen floor, and a sink (half of the sink was descaled, but the other half was not), which is not very fast. This was largely because the cleaner did not have his tools with them and did not ask for the right tools either, he attempted to use rags to clean the floor, and it was only after we told the cleaner that we had disposable wet rags and showed them how to use them that the cleaner were able to complete the rest of the job. When it came to cleaning the carpets, the cleaner didn't seem to know how to use our vacuum cleaner (but it is a common model) and again we had to spend some time showing him how to use it. We had prepared a brush for the cleaner to clean the toilet (but it broke) and he didn't have a spare one, so the toilet couldn't be cleaned (anyway, this was my mistake, not his).
Since we had ordered the "cleaning supplies included" service, we assumed that the cleaner would bring something other than liquid detergent, including cleaning utensils. Still, unfortunately, the company didn't remind us of this either.

On the other hand, the cleaner did his best to do his job despite the lack of tools and preparation, especially when there were some time-outs, and the only thing I'm not satisfied with is probably the half-cleaning of the sink (which he probably forgot about). I am still happy with the results of the cleanup that has been completed.

Compared to the previous cleaning companies that I tried, I feel that there is still a gap in the cleaner experience and preparation of tools, however, I will not complain about the cleaner as he did his best.
