My necklace is absolutely lovely but…colouring is not as expected
My necklace is absolutely lovely but when I ordered I sent some photos across of Otis and you said you would add some gold to the black to look like him. This was not done and I will need to return it as soon as you are open again.

Lovely pendant
The pendant was beautiful and looks exactly like my lovely dog, which is obviously a huge part of the charm of this item. It came beautifully packaged and would make a lovely gift (I bought mine for myself). Only drawback for me was I felt that the chain was a bit of an afterthought. I would’ve overlooked it except that the clasp is slightly too big for the end chain loop, which makes it fiddly to put on and doesn’t fit properly - the end loop of the chain only fits the ‘opening’ part of the clasp which I don’t feel is very secure.

Beautiful piece of jewellery. Unfortunately it was a duplicate purchase so I had to return it, but this was also completely friendly, professional and uncomplicated.

Great products. Great Firm
Because of Royal Mail strikes, delivery took longer than normal but they didn’t mind me keeping them informed and kept reassuring me. They also offered to resend items if I wanted. It arrived. Product fantastic, really pleased. Great firm. Will buy again.

Beautiful products and great service
Ordered pair of Herdwick earrings and a charm. Arrived quickly, lovely packaging and stunning items. I was given the matching necklace as a gift a couple of years ago. Great communication and service too.
