Fresh start are the reason I’m debt…
Fresh start are the reason I’m debt free, the staff were always helpful with anything I needed. Communication was good and it took the stress out of debt repayment by managing all my creditors and I then had to debt with just them. Learnt a few good skills on how to manage my money as well. Highly recommend them if you are in need a debt repayment management.

Don't suffer alone
I found myself unable to get on top of my debt so I approached this company. They gave me fantastic advice and were extremely helpful. They have set me up with a DMP, without them I'd be in serious trouble. Ed and Shannon have been brilliant, they are non judgemental and give unbiased help and advice. I would highly recommend fresh start UK to anyone who is struggling.

With the help received
With the help received, I managed to put a DMP in place,I found it simple and easy and left me stress free. Now half way through the term of the DMP, has made me feel more relaxed and able to continue life more happily.

We are sorry to hear that you feel unhappy about the service fee associated with your plan. We understand that fees are an important consideration when choosing the right solution for dealing with debt.
When a debt management plan is set up, any fees are explained during the assessment and form part of the agreement before the plan begins, with further details included in the documentation we provide. These fees cover the work involved in managing the plan on your behalf, including negotiating with creditors, distributing your monthly payments, and providing ongoing support while you work towards becoming debt free.
During the early stages of the plan the fees are slightly higher, before reducing after the initial setup period. If you would like to discuss this with us, please contact the team and we will be happy to review your account with you.

Efficient and Sympathetic members of staff
I found Fresh Start very efficient when dealing with any queries I had to ask of them. They were very efficient and dealt with my debtors knowing my circumstances in a sympathetic way and made sure I could pay a monthly contribution within my budget before agreeing to accept my monthly repayments.
