I cannot say enough great things about Freya Meds. I’ve been on tirzepatide for two years, and it has completely changed my life. I’m down over 105 pounds and counting, with zero side effects, and I’m currently on the highest dose.

Great experience using freya meds! I’m very happy with my results.. in a month and a half I’m down 11 lbs! It’s a slow process but that’s what I want. I don’t want to lose weight so fast..gradual is more healthy. I feel great! I have minimal side effects.. the most I feel is nausea from time to time.. then I just drink ice water and believe it or not it helps wonderfully! I receive my meds on time each month.. no issues at all! The best part about it is it’s one payment each month.. nothing changes.. no membership fees or any other hidden fees! I experienced some significant side effects during my first week and reached out to customer service about my concerns, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response. I would say their customer service could use some improvement.
That said, I’m happy to report that I’m now in my second week and feeling great, and I’m considering continuing with them for a second month. Trying a new medication can be intimidating, and it was a bit unsettling that support wasn’t available when I was feeling nervous.
Other than that, everything has been excellent shipping was super fast, and the approval process was quick as well.

I have been getting my GLP-1 since January and I absolutely am very happy with my decision to work with this company. Not only is their product effective and doing what I need it to do, but the customer service is top tier. The CEO is very responsive and takes time to speak with her customers regarding any question or needs. There may be companies out there that are cheaper but you also get what you pay for. I’m a forever customer because they holistically meet all of my needs! I think the most incredible part of my experience is not the medication the product being effective needed, but it’s the customer service. I truly have nothing bad to say about this company!

Found freya meds on tik tok through Madison. I was a little bit nervous about it, but I got three months worth. The delivery was about a week. Could have been do to thanksgiving why it didn’t get here as fast as others said they got theirs. I have had a great experience with customer service response quickly. They also send out emails weekly about what to eat, inject, and if you have specific questions they respond quickly to your email with their doctor. The process was very easy and simple and a great deal. I enjoy that they are very body positivity and very helpful through your journey!

I still can't believe how easy this entire experience was - from communication with the team, getting my package literally within days - to getting my dream body almost effortless! Not to mention I've saved so much money compare to other companies charging arms and legs for no certainty in results!

This company is amazing.ENGLISH SPEAKING, very helpful and accomodating. I travel and they are very good about getting my order to the right address. Bonnie is always responsive to any email I get, not sure who she is but she is very profession and helpful. Can't say enough good things, when you can't get it from your own pharmacy/doctor this is an amazing alternative. They are fair in pricing as well. I have gone to the B-12 stores for the shots and they are starting to charge more based on the dosage, Freya does not.

I’m worried this might be a scam. I’ve placed my order & it’s been 5 days, I still haven’t received it. I reached out to them and they said it will come “tomorrow “ which was yesterday and now comes the weekend which I know for sure it won’t come then. I quit going to the aesthetic lab to subscribe to them. I shouldn’t have quit cold turkey. I only did it because all of the reviews mentioned it would be next day delivery. Lies. Now my hunger is back & I’m really upset about that.

I had a problem receiving my medication on time (due to a problem from UPS, not Freya). I reached out to the company when I was getting nowhere with UPS and not only did they almost immediately get back to me, they continued to follow up to make sure I received it. I am very impressed how amazing this company has been. In a day and age where the customer is no longer the priority, this company realizes that there would be no company if it wasn’t for the customers. I felt heard and valued. You don’t see that kind of service anywhere anymore. I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to tell this company how amazing they are doing! I am so happy I switched to this company. Oh and it doesn’t hurt that I’ve also lost 23lbs since I started semaglutide! I want everyone to read about this outstanding company and my experience with them so far. If you are on the fence, Freya is the company to go with! You won’t be disappointed!

So far so good. Got an approval fairly quickly. Still waiting on a tracking number to come through. I was curious or I guess nervous is a better word, because the way I found Freya was through Madison on TikTok & I go to their website & instagram & Madison is all over it. Just signed up today, approval was received within an hour. I emailed to ask a question regarding shipping when I realized I had to go out of town in the next few days and would not be home to sign for the package. Nikki in Customer Service got back to me right away and resolved my issue. I am so impressed with the stellar customer service, especially on a Sunday night.
