I ordered the golds gone vinyl and the silent treatment zip up hoodie. Amazing experience! No delays and it came within 2 weeks! The fabric was very soft and comfortable to wear!

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service I ordered 2 items and paid extra for delivery, I’m still waiting 3 weeks later and had a message to say could now be 29th or December, not 1 of my emails has been answered.
Avoid people absolute joke of a company

Do not buy merchandise online from this site …

Ordered some merchandise for Santa gifts for my ten year old daughter in mid November and despite several emails to their customer service, I received no reply. Yesterday they emailed all their customers to say that they underestimated how popular the artist was and were struggling to process items and they would advise once items had shipped.
It is now highly unlikely that my daughter will receive her Santa gifts, despite me ordering them a month ago.
Do not buy from this website.

This is a scam website

This is a scam website. I ordered a hoodie for my daughter over 6 weeks ago.
Meant to arrive after three weeks.
Tried emailing but you get an automated
response.
According to the Shop app it’s still in the US.
It’s a disgrace that this singer is complicit in stealing money.

Gold's Gone Vinyl

I ordered the Gold's Gone Vinyl on November 16th and it said it was supposed to ship on November 21st, on November 25th I emailed the only email I provided which was elevate hq and I got a response saying I would receive it later that week along with the tracking email and obviously that didn't happen, today I went down to my local post office and they helped me contact other place and they helped me a little saying that it was supposed to be delivered on November 25th. Which wasn't true and my tracking number said it was in Lafayette, Louisiana, and the person that I talked too said it wasn't in any of the post offices there at all. I'm very disappointed with her team, as I emailed them again today and didn't hear anything back from them. I requested a refund from my bank and I plan on just going to get it in person.
UPDATE: 12/20/2025
I have heard back from my bank (cashapp) and they said they are handling the situation, but a refund isn't guaranteed which is a little frustrating but that's fine. They said it could take up to 45 days or longer to hear anything and I still haven't heard anything from Freya Skye either.

They finally responded to one of my 3 emails and basically said that to fulfill my order or refund that I would need to stop my dispute with Cash app, which is BS. I will not be doing that. I also reported them to the BBB so hopefully that will do something.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, THIS IS A SCAM!!!! FREYA IS A GOOD PERSON BUT HER TEAM THAT WORKS AND MANAGES HER WEBSITE/SHOP IS NOT!!!!

I ordered a hoodie on 20 Oct and and as yet have not received and advice of shipment only advice that a shipping label has been created on 01 Nov. Have sent 4 emails to the only email address but received automated replies saying someone from customer service will contact me soon. Not confident on receiving what I paid for.

Received quantity was not what was ordered.

I ordered two hoodies, however I only received one. I have contacted the webshop several times. But there has been no response.
I know by following the track and trace info there has always been just one package with the measurements I received. Which means they have packed one hoodie and not two and the result is one very pricy hoodie.

Update dd 17/12/2025:
After several reminders I finally received an answer that the missing sweater was sent. And yesterday it was delivered.
So I'm happy I received what I had ordered, but it was a much rockier road than expected.
