Your Day, Your Say Conference
We held our very first Service User and Carers Conference at Friends House. Staff met all the needs, were on hand at all times especially for all our attendees; areas were made accessible, layout for our lunch was split between the corridors to avoid congestion. The attention to details was great. Coffee machine was friendly and easy to use. Thank you.

Great service
I loved the experience. The staff was accommodating, attentive, and able to sort things out and attend to extra requests at very short notice. There was an issue with the data projector that was fixed very quickly, but a suggestion would be to do a preventative check on all AV equipment one day in advance to ensure this does not occur and no last-minute repairs are needed.

Outstanding Service and Value
From the start of applying to book a room to finishing the training on the day, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms are excellent, clean and fit for purpose and the food is perfect.
Friends House offer outstanding rates and I will be returning there throughout the year to deliver training.

The room and facilities were very good…
The room and facilities were very good and the food excellent. Great attention was taken to indicate specific allergens in the food, as I had requested. Any tech/equipment problems were remedied very quickly by friendly and helpful staff.
The only slight issue was that the pricing structure is quite complicated, but the Events Team were prompt in replying to my queries about this. I would definitely use Friends House again for other events and do not hesitate to recommend them.

A Place of Warmth and Light
Wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. Friendly, helpful workers. Vegan food, palm oil free. Lovely bookshop with a great range of reading material at reasonable prices. Beautiful succulents and cacti. Everything clean and well maintained. Excellent meeting place, conveniently opposite Euston station. Good WiFi. Fairly traded goods from Palestine. Inspiring posters. A beautiful, light filled space.

Lovely venue and a very nice room
Lovely venue and a very nice room. The only minor gripe was that, due to renovation work on the roof, there was no air conditioning for the first 3 days in our room (we had access to a portable unit for days 4 & 5).
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the building is ideally located.

Good venue
We have been using Friends House for our events for a few years. There was a bit of misunderstanding around room bookings and catering when the booking was initially made but this was resolved quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful on the day.

It was a nice venue and the food was…
It was a nice venue and the food was good. I had a little trouble connecting to zoom and challenges with the mouse throughout the event, however the set up worked well for the event. The space is lovely and convenient location. Coffee arrived 15 mins earlier than agreed.
