I was sold type 3 flower that was not even good for that standard. In 2023 they now are trying to erase my reviews because "their standards have changed" Stay away

I ordered 2 pounds and bought the insurance my package was lost by ups so I put in a claim friscolabs.com emailed back in forth with me then when it came time to make it right went silent I would highly recommend not buying from them

Very good quality shake with lots of little buds and keif!!! Double vacuum packed in reinforced plastic bags, and firmly packed and securely taped into a small box. Very aromatic, tasty, and effective herbal medicine. I also had a %25 Halloween coupon, so after shipping I paid less than $200 for a Lb! Got $50 off and tipped $25, out of appreciation. Had a slight problem with UPS being a couple of days later. Customer service gave me a timely, and very appropriate reply when I complained about U P S ... I'll definitely order again from FRISCOLABS.COM , ONLY 1ST ORDER HERE, but this is the best deal I've had in years!!!

Watch out for this company if you are a business owner and buying wholesale. I got scammed out of $2600. They shorted me 5 ibs of hemp flower and when I reported it to them to claim the insurance that I paid for that was supposed to cover it, they pretended to put in a claim at USPS and had me waiting 40 days before I found out they were lying when I contacted USPS to check on the claim myself. As it turned out, they only insured the package for $100. When I pointed this out to them they ghosted me.

Love there stuff. But 19.95 for shipping now?? Last moth it was 11.85 why,? I do not know if I'll buy anymore. Bc of the shipping cost

Here's my personal experience with Frisco Labs:

I dealt with them about 5 or 6 years ago. I purchased an ounce of their THC-0 product—I forget the strain—but it was absolute crap. Ridiculously saturated with distillate. The "buds" felt like a 4-year-old dipped them in corn syrup and let them dry.

After that, I stayed away from them and continued to get my bud through my usual channels. Everything was cool; Mongo was happy.

Then, around 3 months ago (end of '24), curiosity got the best of me, and I decided to check out Frisco Labs again. I saw they had a new suite of products, THC-A. I read up on it, learned about decarboxylating it, etc. The chemistry made sense. So, on a whim—and with the help of a 30% coupon code my browser extension found and a site sale—I bought a half-ounce of their Lemon Punch THCA offering. The reviews were solid overall. Who knows if you can even rely on them, but combined with the pictures of the bud (and the review pictures), I figured it was worth $45 with shipping.

I was pleasantly shocked by what I received this time, as opposed to 6 years ago with their THC-0 crap. As soon as I opened the vacuum-sealed bag containing the container, I could smell the bud. When I opened the top, the aroma smacked me in the face—it smelled delicious. Small buds, on the drier side, but looked and smelled really nice.

When I indulged in the product, it had a delicious terpene-filled taste with a nice citrusy pop. I was actually shocked, lol. But I waited, still skeptical that this THCA stuff was just their new version of THC-0 crap.

Then, not much longer than it takes with normal Delta-9 bud, it hit me. And Mongo was happy. It was legit, at least that particular strain was. It was a normal irie, very pleasant and enjoyable.

Since then, I've purchased three more offerings from them, bumping up to an ounce for each, and each has been as advertised. They hit you, make no mistake about it.

Keep in mind there's a slight loss of Delta-9 during the conversion of THCA through heat. So, if you're an experienced smoker, I suggest going for their higher THCA/THC offerings, which are 25% or more.

My primary complaint now is the shipping charges—they're clearly making money off shipping, but whatever. More so, it's the shipping speed. They're across the country from me, but still, it's slow. One order I swear was delivered by rickshaw, lol.

You'll also have little success getting in contact with them or getting a response to an inquiry unless it's escalatory in nature (I assume/hope). But the THCA product has been absolutely legitimate, and due to its natural propensity for having a low percentage of CBD, it has actually helped a bit with my migraines. So, there's that.

Honest review, not an employee, not getting shit for writing this. I can't speak to any of their 'hash' or vape or edible products, strictly their high-end THCA flower. I am 3-for-3 on them so far, nothing bad to report on that front, all good. ✌👀👌

The Product is excellent. I am a cheapskate and bought the cheapest they had for a holiday get together. Some of the best I have had in a while. Their Customer service is Top Notch, very caring and compassionate. "High"ly Recommended.

Horrible Customer Service! Placed and paid for order for total of 12 "jars" on a buy two get one free special. Only received 10 "jars" Frisco refuses to fix their error. Suggest you shop elsewhere, someplace that won't rip you off or engage in "bait and switch" marketing!

Stay away. This company sold me some straight up hemp sprayed with delta 8. Was NOT what was advertised and now after 3 years they are trying to delete my review. There is PLENTY of places out there that sell actual thca flower. Save your money.
