Quick delivery and well packaged at a very reasonable price 👍, only down side, there was no raspberry coulis or chocolate shavings in the garnish pack.

Cancelled order 2 days before…
Cancelled order 2 days before Christmas, completely unacceptable.
Blamed the courier, I do not believe this, more likely have taken more orders than could prepare. Would not use again.

Unfortunately, the recent Royal Mail strikes have created a strong impact during a peak time for couriers; parcels that would normally be sent with Royal Mail are being sent with DPD instead and this has caused some of their depots to become overwhelmed with parcel volumes. Please accept our sincere apologies on behalf of the courier - we feel deeply disappointed and upset that we are unable to deliver the Frodeli experience to you at this time. We're so sorry that your order has been impacted in this way.
Having taken a look at the email chain, I can see that our Customer Care team informed you of the issue as soon as we were made aware by the courier and issued a full refund immediately, as per your request.

A little disappointed with the courier…
A little disappointed with the courier situation. And when I finally got them a couple of them were defrosted.
They all look lovely and the two we ate were great

Delivery mixup, but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
I can’t provide a review on the products, but Frodeli get 5* for their customer service and ease of ordering. Unfortunately, due to postal strikes, DPD, who were supposed to deliver my parcel, experienced delays and as a result, my delivery got mixed up and was unable to be delivered.
When I placed my order and had some initial questions, I rang the customer service number who were really helpful. Then, on the day of my delivery when DPD informed me it would be delayed, they were extremely helpful again and refunded my order quickly and were extremely apologetic. Even though I didn’t receive the products I ordered, this is no fault of Frodeli and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous
The delivery was late this Christmas, as DPD couldn’t manage it all, with Royal Mail strikes and so on. Saying that, the delivery of a personalised item from Émma Bridgewater, using the same DPD took 5 weeks, as opposed to quoted 2 weeks, and I’m still waiting for my IKEA order, delivered by the same DPD.
The desserts arrived few days later, and once they arrived, beautifully packaged by Savannah, oh my world! From packaging, to the fact that you can eat them with your eyes, and ultimately the taste - i have woken up at 3am to have a slice of pecan pie, my fav.
These are the bees knees, the best puddings in the world.
Keep it going, team Frodeli.

First time using Frodeli and impressed with the delivery of the service, how it was packaged, the baked vanilla cheesecake tasted great with all the garnishes. Will definitely use them again :)

Choices for everyone
We ordered 3 different types of individual desserts for Christmas Day and they were all delicious! The portion sizes were larger than expected and there was plenty of garnish provided! We will definitely order from Frodeli again!

Frodelli brilliant food and service
Ii recently placed two separate orders with frodelli and I can't praise them enough. There were issues with delivery from the courier on the first order so it didn't arrive but once frodelli were contacted they handled it excellently there customer service was brilliant . Both cakes arrived in perfect condition as did the brownies the little extras for helping to make it look pretty on the plate were great .. the cakes themselves were awesome . I would seriously recommend frodelli.
