Delicious Desserts, Impeccable Service
So very, very impressed with this company. It was my part to bring desserts to the Christmas dinners. I found Frodeli's and chose selection boxes of beautiful cheesecakes and puddings. They arrived bang on time within the notified time and were packed brilliantly! Dry ice, wool cool packs and and a cool bag with seriously cute garnishes (I won't spoil the surprise of its contents). Each individual dessert looked stunning and got a unanimous thumbs up from the table for taste, imaginative flavours and presentation. Our sticky toffee connoisseur said it was the best he'd ever had.
From start to finish, the choice, ordering, payment, communication, delivery, packaging and final product devoured, was easy, straightforward, efficient and most importantly, DELICIOUS!
Bravo Frodeli. I'd never heard of you, but I'll be recommending you to everyone now as I'm so impressed.

Delicious, perfect for parties, Highly recommend
We purchased a few different boxes for our Xmas dessert for all our guests
We got
Apple crumble
Lindt cheesecakes
Chocolate puddings
Biscoff cheesecake
They all looked amazing! Our favourite was the Lindt cheesecake and apple crumble
Delivered in sturdy boxes and ice was still frozen and desserts were frozen in transport
Easy to defrost
Just the chocolate pudding got over cooked as there were no cooking instructions
We just guessed the time
Highly recommend.

Poor communication
Did not receive my goods due to DPD messing up. They offered me a refund or another order but that would of been too late for when I needed it. I emailed back straight away and wanted a refund. A week later and no reply and no refund. Emailed them again yesterday but still nothing - will keep chasing until I get my money back as this is unacceptable

Unfortunately, the recent Royal Mail strikes have created a strong impact during a peak time for couriers; parcels that would normally be sent with Royal Mail are being sent with DPD instead and this has caused some of their depots to become overwhelmed with parcel volumes. Desserts arrived as scheduled. Amazing packaging and desserts looked fabulous. They tasted superb and the accessories to decorate really made the finished look. Taste was sumptuous!

Awful experience from start to end was…
Awful experience from start to end was originally promised my order 21 decker I waited 3 days nothing arrived no email of any kind from your company at all only reason I knew they werent coming was because I looked on the tracking text I received from DPD then when eventually I emailed you I got a reply back to say they would be delivered 29 December which I accepted then I get an email today telling me my order will be here and its the wrong product completely appalling service the first and very last time I will use this company shocking

Had the terries orange chocolate…
Had the terries orange chocolate gateaux.
Each of my family members all said the same, the best dessert we’ve had.
Super light, great texture and a lovely taste. The powder and chocolate sauce to top it off, was also a nice touch.
