I recently ordered the Joolz Aer+ from Frog, and I couldn’t be happier! The stroller is super light, easy to fold, and perfect for both city walks and travel. My little one loves how comfortable it is, and I love how stylish and practical it looks. The service from Frog was excellent — fast delivery and great communication. Highly recommend both the stroller and the shop!

Hello, I have bought a steam iron. In their website that it was a customer return. But what I got was beyond that one can imagine. Firstly the box was clearly damaged with a big hole in it, secondly upon opening I have noticed a clear signs of wear (there was even leftover water drops in the water tank of the iron). Therefore, I wrote to the customer support, but what I got only generic answers which refered to their internal rules and excuses instead of solving the issue at hand.
